The ladies there sent her out with a free muffin and a prayer. Thank you for showing kindness to a person who desperately needed kindness to be shown to her at that moment. “Amazing food. Extensive menu but I have a hard time not ordering their street tacos.

I saw one review talked about them being slow. Thats a good thing. Its slower because everything is pretty much cooked to order so I always know its gonna be completely fresh, not meat that has been sitting on the line for hours.

And it is worth the wait. Also super nice people from all my interactions (and I am there usually at least 1x every week).

And not that it appeals to everybody but they offer more authentic variations for the tacos like tripa and lengua.”

“I used to go here all of the time, one of my favorite restaurant. But over the last several months every time I go, my food is cold, it is wrong, something is missing, and I just haven't been back recently.

“We discovered this restaurant during a recent stay with friends at High Rock Lake. Delicious grilled shrimp and scallops! Portion sizes were large and prices were reasonable. Very fresh tossed salad with homemade dressing. We will definitely eat here again on our next visit.”

“Shrimp was fresh and battered in house. The real deal y'all. I'm from the coast and this is a-1 seafood. Very laid back environment with great music. Shoot pool while you enjoy some delicious mixed drinks or an ice cold beer. The owner was amazing and so very friendly. I would definitely recommend 100 times over!”

I ordered a Beef Taco Salad — the meat was okay but tasted a bit overcooked. The Chicken Fajitas had a regular flavor, nothing too special, but the Horchata drink was excellent! 🌟 My only disappointment was the tortillas that came with the fajitas — they tasted a bit sour, like they’d been warmed in the microwave. Service was decent, overall experience fair. I’d still come back to give them another try soon. 👍🇲🇽”
