Noodle Ju'B Reviews
The self ordering system is really neat - never seen something quite like it and it was pretty nice. The food was TO DIE FOR. I'm not super familiar with the cuisine (ramen) but was in heaven. Deliciously food. Limited but essential alcohol selection steers you right - can't go wrong. Loved the atmosphere. The staff was wonderful. It's an ideal place for parties of 2-4 people. The service is quick and modernized. You use your phone to order, which I personally like. The food is fantastic.
Went to Japan within the last year, and this place really brought me back! Absolutely delicious, a great staff, plenty of seating, and again delicious!
Definitely a place to make a regular stop!

Noodle Ju'B is a restaurant that offers a self-ordering system, which is described as neat and pretty nice. The food is described as TO DIE FOR and delicious, with a limited but essential alcohol selection that steers you right. The atmosphere is loved, and the staff is wonderful, awesome, attentive, courteous, great, and friendly. The location has plenty of parking space across the street and is properly located with some other businesses in the area. The ambience is great, well lit, and well ventilated, with inside or outside dining, and is homie and relaxed. The restaurant is an ideal place for parties of 2-4 people, though the counter style seating might make it slightly more difficult to converse with a larger party. The menu is mostly ramen or noodle dishes, with a few side dishes like gyoza. Specific meals mentioned include ramen, bao, gyoza, shoyu, cucumber salad, and miso ramen deluxe. The ramen was salty for some tastes, and the bao dough was chewy with too much ginger taste. The gyoza had lots of serving. The shoyu was a favorite, with noodles and gyoza wrappers made in house. The miso ramen deluxe has three different meats. Some of the food can run a little on the spicy side. Prices are reasonable but can add up quick, especially with drinks and side dishes; it is not pricey but not necessarily a budget place either. The place itself is pretty straightforward, casual, and unassuming. Noodle Ju'B is highly recommended for those who love ramen in general.
