A very sad experience. My friend and I were ignored at the counter while an employee stood with her back to us. It was obvious she was aware of our presence, but because she was waiting on chicken to finish cooking to fill another order, we were left standing with no acknowledgement of our presence. The general attitude of the employees there was one speed (slow), and no urgency to take care of their customers. The food at best, was mediocre.
I walked into popeye's acts for the manager, and the manager helped me with the problem with my app with my food was sent to virginia, even though I ordered it and california. And he actually fulfilled by calling and fulfilling the order, even here in winston, failing north carolina, and I thank him for that. And great service, he went out of his way
They have messed my order up without fail every time I’ve came during the last few months and they never get it right afterwards either… kinda ridiculous atp
