“My boys and I stopped here on our way home and everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and delicious and the presentation of my sandwich was excellent. All of the employees were attentive and kind. The playground was clean and the ac was working nicely inside. 10/10 experience!“

“The Cashier Leviathan was very helpful, my family and I stopped here from out of state, and have never had Zaxby's before. When I told Leviathan that we've never eaten here before, they gave us a bunch of tips on what to order.

I recommend Leviathan gets a raise!!

“Despite being short staffed and absolutely slammed, this KFC was able to provide my family (+1 friend) a delicious, hot, and timely meal served with a courteous manner. Even while other customers were complaining because of wait times (again, they were short staffed - there were only a couple people in kitchen and one on register), not once was an unkind word spoken from the staff and there were no smiles lost. Unlike my counterparts, I enjoyed the dining experience, and would absolute go back. Thanks KFC, for making the only thing I wanted for my birthday dinner a great experience. Hopefully your DM or Corporate office sees this and makes sure everyone who was working last night is properly compensated for going above and beyond.“

“They have fried livers and will make them upon request, all you have to do is ask. They are much better than the ones at KFC.

“I visited this location and ordered my wings with extra sauce. Once I was back on the road and opened my bag, I discovered dry wings with a very small hint of sauce. I called the location and spoke to Will the manager. He told me to ask for him when back in the area. I did that today and he couldn't have been more friendly and apologetic. He remade my order, checked that they had extra sauce on them and then even gave me a card for a free sandwich on my next visit. This is the kind of service that should have happened that usually doesn't. You could tell that Will genuinely cared about me and the mistake that occurred previously. I have another location closer to me but will continue to visit his in Troutman instead. Thank you Will!
