“This is one of the best KFC. They always try to make it right for me and I am pretty sure. They do it for all their other customers. Nothing that they did wrong. Just that when they're busy and low on certain items. They'll compensate to make it better for you as a customer.“
“This was a fun place to get a meal, sit and talk, and relax. The open kitchen was interesting as we would hear and see the flames from the cooking ever so often. The food was good. The booth was well spaced, so I could sit, eat, and still have room as I'm a bigger guy.Parking: Parking was fine, you have to compete with other businesses parking cars but not too hard to find a spot.“
“10+ years of eating tenders, as a Cornelius local, anytime there is a discrepancy with my order it is handled in the most professional upstanding matter by the younger staff, They’ll check my ticket they’ll see if there was a mistake made and if so, they will correct it or inform me that the order may have been put in wrong and typically because I’m well known and give a lot of business to tenders as a courtesy. They correct the mistake either way.Today I was in shock when my order was brought to me By one of the older service members….. and I addressed that there had to have been a mistake with my milkshake, Instead, checking the ticket to see if there was a mistake, I was just told that I made a mistake and ordered Incorrectly…. With an attitude. Although I input my order verbally, and the staff is what puts it into the computer. So I don’t know how I could’ve made this mistake. Instead of offering to look into it, she hands me my meal, and I drive off, Disappointed with the The customer service I just received, That is nothing like the customer service when pull up to every single time I come to this establishment.After checking my ticket, I find out the entire order is wrong, The food that’s in the bag is not even what’s on the receipt.Tenders and PDQ family, My heart hurts to know that PDQ is gone now, but please do Better to your longtime customers and veterans. “Food was okay, decent bang for the buck for what you get, but even the hottest wing sauce wasn't that spicy, the fries are decent but nothing special, the fingers were good although the sauces were a little bland, and the toast was good. The main thing I wanted to mention in this review, however, is the time it took to get my food. We ordered, got our cups, and before I had even finished filling my drink and gotten a lid on it, they were already calling my name for my food. I'd never gotten food that quick before, so I was pretty amazed at that, and that alone makes it worth coming back, even with the fairly mediocre food.Parking: The lot lines in the parking lot were fairly faded, which leads to half the cars there being parked very poorly (severely encroaching into other spots)“
