Their Naked Wrap has been more consistently good and ingredients have been well balanced. Their plantains are really good as well.. My partner especially loves their donut dessert.“

“As frequent online ordering, in conjunction with dine in service, my wife and I truly enjoy each and every dining experience at this location. The meals are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. “Love this place! The food is great, the portions are large. Their caesar is really good which is always a plus. Mimosa buckets are priced well, along with everything else. The red haired male bartender (I can't remember his name) is awesome! Always very friendly and attentive. Hope he doesn't get carpal tunnel from their giant liquor bottles though :D We've been several times and will continue to go back.“

“I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!“

“As it was my first time going, I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a fried chicken establishment much like KFC and Bojangles. The difference is that the chicken is, IMO, better than the competition. Better (lightly) seasoned, and not overly greasy. As a side dish, I tried the plantains which I never had before. Not bad! And I guess that because I never tried them, I was unprepared for the flavor and texture. I, personally would like for them to open a location in Monroe, NC.“

“I've read good things about their fried chicken and found myself nearby tonight, so decided to give them a try. I ordered the fried half-chicken dinner. The chicken was excellent: crispy and well-seasoned. I added Texas Pete when I got it home. Perfect . The fries and slaw were about what you expect at a place like this, no better, no worse.
Several reviews find fault with customer service. I emphatically did not. The young lady who took my order was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.“

“I always have great experiences and great food at the Arboretum Chick-fil-A, and the employees are always so friendly. Today, I ordered a Coke, and after I had already driven away, I noticed it tasted like it barely had any syrup in it. I wasn’t upset about it and honestly just didn’t drink it, but I did want to call and let them know in case there was an issue with the machine. I left a voicemail, and Peyton promptly called me back. In his message, he explained that I was correct — the syrup had run out — and that he had already educated the team members on checking and changing it when needed. He also went out of his way to add rewards to my app for the inconvenience. Peyton truly went the extra mile to make things right, even though I wasn’t overly concerned about the issue to begin with. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful in the way he handled everything. Y’all have a great employee in Peyton, and I wanted to make sure he gets the shoutout he deserves!“

For years she has been my favorite restaurant! I drive long distance to get the best chicken and best customers service. She was great! Was my first time being back at this location in a good while, being that I live out near the airport and don't be on that side of town much. But this is the best location! Food was hot, fresh, and was hellasmackin' like usual. I had been to another one before located on Glenwood but wasn't the same experience.“

Hay una chica en especial que es muy amable ya sea hables por teléfono o comas en el restaurante, ella es Evelyn siempre amable, atenta y sobre todo muy educada al atender y tomar pedido muy diferente a la de un joven q es muy grosero al atenderlo a uno y por teléfono. La comida es buena a mis amigos y ami nos gusta yo de hecho voy dos veces por semana . Lo que si recomiendo al manager o dueños es que revisen las sillas unas están en muy mal estado ya una amiga estuvo a punto de caer y esa silla sigue ahí es mejor prevenir accidentes q pueden pasar por ese descuido . En general la comida es buena el lugar está limpio y la atención excelente recomiendo Pollo Royal . Nota : Olvidé las pupusas si necesitan mejorar los ingredientes sean de queso o chicharrón. 😁👌“
