“I visited this location recently. The manager, I didn't get his name, but he was simply amazing. I was having a rough day, & he had to know. When I tell you he went above & beyond & really made my day. The food was excellent as usual, he was the light of my day...hate I didn't get his name ❤️????“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“As frequent online ordering, in conjunction with dine in service, my wife and I truly enjoy each and every dining experience at this location. The meals are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It's great eating healthy food that taste this good. It's also a nice touch to not have a long wait whenever ordering online. “I had been wanting to try Dave’s for awhile now and I finally got around to it. This place didn’t disappoint! The menu was simple and easy to choose from. I got the chicken slider with 1 side tender. It was well presented and up to par! Also tasted really good with the pickles, the sauce and the seasoning they include. It’s a little pricey, and I kind of wish a drink was included with the combo, but overall it was still a good experience and I would come back again! Good job! ?“

“It's a breath of fresh air to see a small business that does things right. Everything from the functionality to the food is great. I'm not from the area but I have to come through often for doctors appointments and this is now one of my go-to stops for food. The food is great. The only thing I've not enjoyed was the loaded fries. I think they use queso sauce and I'd much order no cheese sauce whatsoever and instead shredded cheese that's melted on there. The plain fries are amazing though! And so is the chicken and the signature sauce.“

“Fried Chicken is the best we’ve had since moving here 17 years ago, Mac& Cheese was creamy and delicious, Sweet Potato Tots dusted with Cinnamon and Sugar were yummy and the Jalapeño Cornbread was sweet and moist with just the right amount of peppers, service was good and our sweet tea was kept filled. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend and look forward to our next visit!“

“I recently visited WrapWay and had an incredible meal called Sosilegx. I ordered the 4 chicken legs with rice and beans, sided with delicious Buffalo and Peruvian sauces, as well as a large pepperoni pizza. There was an amazing deal for all, very affordable prices for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing - flavorful, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. The staff were friendly and attentive, a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable dining experience. “Fresh and great quality chicken!! Campero spicy chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful. Coming to chicken, both crispy and grilled chickens were juicy and succulent but for me grilled chicken is a winner. Yuca fries were perfectly cooked and not too oily. Plantains were delicious and felt like made from scratch rather than using prepackaged frozen stuff. Chicken empanadas were good.“

Parking: Popular place. Parking is far from impossible but at busy times you may have to wait a few minutes for a spot to open up.“

“I got to this cfa all the time and the food is always so good and the service is always amazing! Today I pulled up for my mobile order and my car started smoking from under the hood. Luckily two guys working at CFA were there to help me and check around under the hood. “I called in an order, cheeseburger plate, perch sandwich, liver and gizzards dinner.
Ordering was easy on the phone. I arrived and paid at the window, service was ok. They weren’t too busy but cashier seemed a little annoyed that I couldn’t hear her over traffic.
Got the food just a couple minutes later and headed home. Cheeseburger was mediocre at best and fries were fine. The other food was great according to my husband.

“I'm here for National Chicken Sandwich day, and I just had a free chicken sandwich after having spent a dollar. It was delicious, quite hot and savory.
But what I really want to tell you about is the excellent service here. I had some trouble with placing my order using the app, but Mahalia jumped right in to help me here in the restaurant.
This has been a rough week for everybody, seismic changes across the board. I've done my best to be a light in the darkness this week and let me tell you what, Mahalia was certainly a light in the darkness today.
Thank you KFC for the free chicken sandwich, but thank you even more for helping to bolster my faith in humanity! Please, everyone who reads this review tell Mahalia what a great job she did today!
And I'll to finish out the review, let me show you the ambience here is great. There's a huge light fixture that looks like a great big bucket of chicken which is the campiest thing I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. Well, outside Disney World. Nevertheless, the place is clean and inviting, and quite possibly the nicest place on this part of Sunset Road. And what makes it nice? Great people like Mahalia!“

“Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.
