There is nothing fancy about the customer service here it's just straight to the point there's no extra fluff there's no they're not personable people actually the girl that took my order I thought she was a little weird but she said she was tired it's just what do you want get your stuff and get out but and I say that with a capital b u t the chicken is always hot it's always fresh and the Honey biscuits are awesome don't sleep on Church's Chicken it's better than Popeyes is...read full review
