Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for lukewarm chicken strips and fries. Honestly wouldve left had we not already paid. Very underwhelming for my first time trying this chain. Very poor service.
Lady at the drive thru didn't want to give up any hot sauce till I asked for a refund. Condiments are very important for my meals. Then when she went to the back to find a new box it felt like I was having to pry them out of her hands to get any. Food was good tho. They also were trying to close the drive thru
