“As someone born and raised in Buffalo, I don’t say this lightly…these are some of the best wings I’ve ever had. I’m in Charlotte for work and stumbled upon Buffalo Eatz, and wow. The Buffalo wings were perfectly crispy with that classic, legit sauce flavor that so many places miss. The barbecue wings were just as good…smoky, saucy, and not overly sweet. And the waffle fries with cheese? Absolute comfort food perfection: crispy, seasoned right, and cheese on the side. This place understands wings. If you’re craving real Buffalo flavor in Charlotte, this is it!! 🔥🍗“

“When I go to New York for work, 85% of my meals are at a halal cart. Halal Cart University absolutely stands with the best of what I've had in NYC. The meat and white sauce were both even more flavorful than I've gotten at other halal carts.

It's cash only, but quite frankly, the great prices more than make up for that.“

“This is a great store.
It's one of the few fast food restaurants that's run by competent management. Seriously, every other fast food restaurant in this area (Huntersville, NC) has terrible service after 6:00 PM. Out of chocolate Frosties, cookies and Sprite at Wendy's, for example.

“I had Nashville Hot Chicken - in Nashville - a few years ago, and this is the closest I've ever come to that in NC.

This review is actually a few months old - and I've only made it back once since my first taste - but I think about this place regularly and want to go back.

I got the 'stoopid hot' sandwich both times and it takes... a while... to eat it. Too much time contemplating all the right choices I made to get there between bites.

There also happens to be beer nearby.

The balance between spicy and tasty chicken is on point, so it's not just 'we threw carolina reaper powder on it' hot. And the chicken isn't sauced, it's all in the marinade or breading. I have to assume they have a tiny bowl of two 'stoopid' chickens in the cooler they make every day for the weirdos like me.

(unrelated to the restaurant itself) The venue is a food hall. Parking is generally simple, but there are three parking lots and they are sometimes busy. Parking is free for the first 1.5hrs with an app setup. There's a ton of side-street parking nearby if you're up for a small walk. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.“

Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

She moved between making subs, handling online orders, restocking, and keeping the counter clean without missing a beat. When she made my sub, she paid attention to every detail and even checked that everything looked right before wrapping it. The station was clean, the food was fresh, and the service felt genuine. “It's Cook Out. Only thing I could comment on is how it's not as affordable as it used to be. I could go to pretty much any other restaurant and spend what I spend here but get better quality of Food. Best thing about Cook Out to me is that the Shakes have so many options. It used to feel like getting two sides was a deal but lately it feels like you get less of the sides than what you did get in the past. More money less food is the route for all the restaurants so no particular knock on Cook Out Truly. Best place for a late night meal tho with them being open til 3 or 4am so if you get hungry late this is the spot to go to.“

A few times I thought the burgers were too salty, or the portion wasn't worth the price, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was never an issue. About a week ago I noticed the Korean chicken sandwich wasn't available. I checked online one morning and noticed it was in stock, so I placed an online order. Turns out they were still out of stock when I came to pick up my order (order placed before they opened). That day Eli was working the grill and was very helpful. Keith came over to apologize and fix the situation. I'm no one special, but that's not how Keith made me feel. Today I ordered the sandwich again and McKenzie was working the register. I saw how friendly and professional she was, which I believe to be a direct reflection of Keith's professionalism. I managed bars and restaurants for nearly 30yrs, so it's refreshing to see customer service still being given at the level I was trained to give. Keith is a great example of positive leadership, and I'm sure Eli, McKenzie and the rest of the staff are better because of Keith.“

“I had a wonderful experience going into the store. I was supposed to just get my order that I had placed online, but the manager really sold me and I ordered The fried green tomatoes and the five butterfly shrimp and they were delicious.
