“This way by far my best experience at a Chick Fil A. The extremely kind employee went table to table the entire time offering us refills, sauces, napkins, extra chairs, etc. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience and I didn’t want that to go unnoticed.“

“The food was great 👍 I ordered chicken fingers for my great grandson but the cashier had a problem with the change I gave him $22.12 and he did not give me my change back it was $12.12 was the total amount for the meal and he had to call the manager and he had to use his phone to get me the $10.00 lol“

“Huntersville is like ballantyne or Waverly but different. Everything is all tucked away nice and neat like an HOA neighborhood where you don't see anybody working on their car in their driveway. Never had shake shack before it was amazing I looked out of place coming from the Gas House but that burger was crazy good. $18 for a burger and small coke jeez but people there don't even blink at it and after I took a bite of that burger I wasn't upset anymore. Delicious“

“I was looking for a good place after work, I saw the food and I decided to give it a try, I have to say I was so impressed and amazed for this 3 reason
1. Food was great, good flavor and taste.
2. The service and quality was just amazing.
3. The food was ready in matter of minutes. No more then 20 min.

“Did a take out order and after leaving the restaurant noticed some food was missing. Turned around and the manager was very nice and corrected what was wrong and very nice about it. I completely understand mistakes happen. It is amazing what can happen if you are very polite and don't show out over a little mistake.“

“The food was great, but the service was a little slow. It took over 10 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out, and I eventually went inside to check on it. It wasn’t very busy at the time, so the wait was a bit surprising.

That said, I truly appreciate the staff’s hard work and dedication. Keep up the great work! With a little improvement in the pace of service, the overall experience would be even better.“

“I don’t know what has changed in the location recently but kudos to the team. The deliveries lately have been so fast and the food has been hot and fresh. Keep up the amazing work! Though I will miss all of those free pizzas from late deliveries. lol“
