“The food was great 👍 I ordered chicken fingers for my great grandson but the cashier had a problem with the change I gave him $22.12 and he did not give me my change back it was $12.12 was the total amount for the meal and he had to call the manager and he had to use his phone to get me the $10.00 lol“

“We did a ez order at the kiosk. Food came to the table in a timely manner, however it was not correct the server took it back and came back with the correct order with an extra order of fries 😀 thanks. Always appreciate a little something extra to compensate.“

“Cook out milkshakes hit the spot every time. Cheese cake chocolate chip has been one of my staple comfort foods since I moved to North Carolina 15 years ago. Nothing else compares to hitting the bottom of that shake to be met by a layer of really NY cheesecake waiting me at the bottom 🤤“

I completely understand mistakes happen. It is amazing what can happen if you are very polite and don't show out over a little mistake.“

Not the 'have to smile at the customer' kind of fake smile but a genuine, warm, 'makes your day' kind of smile. loved it ! We keep coming here all the time.
