This location will take multiple orders from one of the two lanes while the other lane sits, defeating the purpose of two lanes and sometimes allowing multiple cars that have arrived later to order before the alternate lane.
Acceptional customer service from a 20+ year McDonald employee. This man went above and beyond. A breath of fresh air at this location. Promote this man!
I don’t eat a lot of fast food. So when I do, it’s nice to know that one trip won’t be wasted on horrible service or unexpectedly low quality. Star is always friendly and helpful.
