“Experience was Great! JR is Awesome, while he was taking orders in Drive-Thru, he was helping with Dine-in orders too. As I was eating dinner with my little ones I could see the communication he has with his crew; Hard working man but also has the great attitude even though being busy. Restaurant was clean & everyone working together!!! Enjoyed my fresh cut salad and my Kids couldn’t stop taking about how tenders and fries were Sooooo GOOD. Thank you for the Best hospitality. Most definitely will be coming back in future!“
“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

The food was delicious and served promptly. What stood out the most about my visit to PDQ Chicken was Tonia's warm tone and patience when I ordered my food and upon receiving it. We chatted for a bit, and I can tell you, experiences like the one I had are what create long-term, repeat customers. Will definitely be returning thanks to Tonia's outstanding service! “10+ years of eating tenders, as a Cornelius local, anytime there is a discrepancy with my order it is handled in the most professional upstanding matter by the younger staff, They’ll check my ticket they’ll see if there was a mistake made and if so, they will correct it or inform me that the order may have been put in wrong and typically because I’m well known and give a lot of business to tenders as a courtesy. They correct the mistake either way.Today I was in shock when my order was brought to me By one of the older service members….. and I addressed that there had to have been a mistake with my milkshake, Instead, checking the ticket to see if there was a mistake, I was just told that I made a mistake and ordered Incorrectly…. With an attitude. Although I input my order verbally, and the staff is what puts it into the computer. So I don’t know how I could’ve made this mistake. Instead of offering to look into it, she hands me my meal, and I drive off, Disappointed with the The customer service I just received, That is nothing like the customer service when pull up to every single time I come to this establishment.After checking my ticket, I find out the entire order is wrong, The food that’s in the bag is not even what’s on the receipt.Tenders and PDQ family, My heart hurts to know that PDQ is gone now, but please do Better to your longtime customers and veterans. The younger generation is leading a better example in customer service.Kudos to all of the younger generation that is working in tenders today because y’all are why I come back, And will continue to come back.“
“My wife, son, and I came in tonight, far too close to close. The staff were very friendly and didn't attempt to rush us through our dinner, although we did rush ourselves out of respect for the employees. Food was fantastic (as it always is in my experience) we highly recommend this location.“
“When this place opened, of course this place was booming and overtime it has slowed back down. This place can be hit or miss with their slim's meal orders. Most times food be fresh but when the order isn't fresh you can tell they throw anything in the bag. I never get the wings here, never crispy.Service at drive thru always friendly. Overall i'd recommend this place over Bojangles close by here anyday.“
“This was a fun place to get a meal, sit and talk, and relax. The open kitchen was interesting as we would hear and see the flames from the cooking ever so often. The food was good. The booth was well spaced, so I could sit, eat, and still have room as I'm a bigger guy.Parking: Parking was fine, you have to compete with other businesses parking cars but not too hard to find a spot.“
