“It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. A big thank you to Will, for providing outstanding service throughout our meal, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure a memorable dining experience. Thank you again!“

“Terrible. I got the wrong order. Grrr. Paid for a meal that cost me around 15 dollars and I received a 9 dollar salad (1 star) . Dissatified, so hubby and i went back to get a refund. Instead of being dismissed, we got our initial order and was given the the salad too. thank you for fixing our order and some. (Changed to 5 stars)“

“This is the BEST fast food restaurant I've been to. We weren't able to get the exact order we wanted yesterday, the manager told us to come back in the next day to get the meal we were looking for. As promised, we showed up the next day and she made us the meal we wanted and it was delicious. Her kindness and commitment made this an amazing Popeyes experience!“

“Always a solid choice for a quick lunch. Fast service, good chicken and plenty of sauces to choose from. The Nashville chicken is a dry rub not a sauce which makes it not great. A lot of dry peppery flavor on the back of your throat. Other than that, everything else is good.“

“I went thru drive thru today—first time visit. Sara, who took my drive thru window order, was very pleasant, nice and patient with me answering my questions, help direct me to menu selections on the outside menu. She displayed great customer service skills. I told the manager to keep her at the drive thru window too bc she was great! The cashier Makenzie was great to work with too. Great, pleasant experience.“

“Had a lovely time here, starting before we even hit the front door. One of the staff noticed that my mom struggles to walk and went out of his way to go and open the doors for us (and we weren't moving quickly, so in addition to being kind he was very patient!). I thought he was maybe on his way out, but no, he just went back in and kept working. Service like that is why I love Chick-fil-A!

The food was excellent as always, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was great to see the manager demonstrating the kind of servant leadership that is missing in a lot of fast food and retail places as he helped customers and stood out in the heat to help keep the drive through lines moving quickly and efficiently. He could have asked someone else to do it, but it is always so uplifting and encouraging to see someone leading by example instead of just bossing others around. We have found our new favorite Chick-fil-A!“

“The food is always amazing, and the restaurant is always relatively clean. There may be crumbs left on a table cloth here and there, but otherwise spotless! The guys at check-out kept trying to up-sell us on more food, but weren't too pushy and light-hearted about it which was nice vs the usual sales pitch/push

Dietary restrictions: Great option for those of us in the gluten-free community!! Just order without crackers, check if any salads use soy sauce or other common gluten carrying ingredients, the staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful about identifying any ingredients you may be concerned about!!“
