“It’s my birthday today, and I take a yearly splurge to KFC (medical reason, or I would go more often) The service at this KFC in Kannapolis is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive. Kudos to the entire team! I can’t say enough good things about the service at this restaurant. A big thank you to Will, for providing outstanding service throughout our meal, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure a memorable dining experience. Thank you again!“

“1st experience: Ordered Wings & Things combo at drive thru. 5 Bone-in Wings & 3 Tenders were tasty. BBQ sauce is very good. Fries are good but a little too salty. Texas toast is bland; doesn't add much.
Overall, a decent meal. Price is high at just over $13.
Will I return? Maybe. Have to be in the mood. The price is a turnoff.“

“I would highly recommend Chicken Salad Chick if you’re looking for, well, chicken salad. In my opinion, it’s easily one of the best places for chicken salad in the area, without a doubt.

Their cookies are also excellent—soft, rich, and just really well made. It’s a place my sister, wife, and mom all really enjoy, and they visit pretty frequently.

One of the nice bonuses is the location. There are some great dessert options nearby as well. Right next door you’ve got Nothing Bundt Cakes, which is fantastic, and Crumbl Cookies, which is another popular spot for oversized, rotating cookie flavors.

Altogether, it makes for a great stop if you want a solid meal and the option to finish it off with a really good dessert nearby.“

It should be mentioned that I am a 40-minute drive to get to the restaurant... “My food as always is perfect. I typically get my order custom, such as extra crispy wings and fries, either extra topping on my salad, no toast, etc. and they always get it right. I always get my extra sauces. And I highlight this because it’s hard to get your order right the first time at many fast food establishments, even other zaxbys miss key parts of my order.

The people are always in a good mood, no attitudes.

The restaurant is always super clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

“I went in to use the bathroom.. And found the best chicken I tasted thus far in NC.
I could tell it was fresh, hot.. After eating a thigh.. I'm trying to convince my wife I need. To make this trip every week of not twice a week

“Me and my boyfriend have been coming here up at the gas station and we been trying different things on there menu. We were eating and this guy came in and order a burger, not the crispy chicken sandwichs, and we never seen them or heard of them, so the next day we come in and order one and it was one of the best burgers of my life, much better than the crispy sandwiches. Along with their wedges, are so good.“

She was great! Was my first time being back at this location in a good while, being that I live out near the airport and don't be on that side of town much. But this is the best location!
