Love the location, food, & service.“

“I visited this location to get food and had an incredible experience. Ive heard that Chik Fil A had great customer service but in this case a worker went above and beyond. This changed my perspective about whats possible at a fast food restaurant. I take a long time to order at restaurants because I have to check and see if any products contain items I am allergic to. Andrea, one of the workers here was able to not only advise me on allergen information but give me suggestions on what to order. She did this while being patient and radiating the type of friendly energy I haven't found at any other fast food restaurant before. The food was great and Andrea was very helpful. Hopefully others who visit here are served by her and feel the same way!!“

“Great follow up by ownership, when I had issues with multiple orders in the past. Happy to say that my issues with this location has improved. Their Naked Wrap has been more consistently good and ingredients have been well balanced. Their plantains are really good as well.. My partner especially loves their donut dessert.“

“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! “As frequent online ordering, in conjunction with dine in service, my wife and I truly enjoy each and every dining experience at this location. The meals are well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It's great eating healthy food that taste this good. It's also a nice touch to not have a long wait whenever ordering online. “I’ve come a couple times now and it is now my favorite chicken spot, hands down. The Bossy Bites are well seasoned, juicy, and flavorful. Combined with their homemade sauces, it’s an experience you’ll never forget. The Bossy Sauce and the Honey Dijon are too good to be true. The aesthetic inside is super cute, and the staff is very friendly. The only bad thing about this place is you will keep coming back for more! It is worth every cent, and is a must-try chicken experience if you are in town. Lovely service, lovely food, lovely atmosphere.“

“As it was my first time going, I wasn't sure what to expect. It's a fried chicken establishment much like KFC and Bojangles. The difference is that the chicken is, IMO, better than the competition. Better (lightly) seasoned, and not overly greasy. As a side dish, I tried the plantains which I never had before. Not bad! And I guess that because I never tried them, I was unprepared for the flavor and texture. I, personally would like for them to open a location in Monroe, NC.“

“I always have great experiences and great food at the Arboretum Chick-fil-A, and the employees are always so friendly. Today, I ordered a Coke, and after I had already driven away, I noticed it tasted like it barely had any syrup in it. I wasn’t upset about it and honestly just didn’t drink it, but I did want to call and let them know in case there was an issue with the machine. I left a voicemail, and Peyton promptly called me back. In his message, he explained that I was correct — the syrup had run out — and that he had already educated the team members on checking and changing it when needed. He also went out of his way to add rewards to my app for the inconvenience. Peyton truly went the extra mile to make things right, even though I wasn’t overly concerned about the issue to begin with. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and thoughtful in the way he handled everything. Y’all have a great employee in Peyton, and I wanted to make sure he gets the shoutout he deserves!“

“The place is clean, and the food is well prepared. It's a pleasant spot to have lunch or dinner. Special thanks for the TVs that play funny videos — they keep my kids entertained, which gives me some quiet time to enjoy my meal.
One issue I’d like to point out: please fix the water faucets in the bathrooms. The water comes out scorching hot from both taps, and it’s literally burning kids' hands. This needs urgent attention for safety.“

“This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.“

“Made a pit stop here while working going to pick up some yard materials to complete a project. Decided to get a nice refresher and this absolutely hit the spot. I got the hibiscus lemonade and it was really good. I ended up going back to get another because it was that good!

It’s flavored with hibiscus syrup and lemonade and it was refreshing and hit the spot. Definitely recommend if you like the refresher drinks.“

“I had a really great experience at this KFC location. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I also ordered mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, biscuits, and everything was delicious and made fresh. You can tell the kitchen staff cares about food quality here.
The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The employees were friendly, patient, and made the ordering process easy. My order was accurate and came out quickly even during a busy time. The dining area was clean, organized, and comfortable for families.
This is definitely one of the better fast food restaurants in the area. If you are looking for good fried chicken, quick service, and a clean restaurant, I highly recommend this KFC. I’ll be coming back again for sure!“
