I didn’t realize the mistake until I got the food, but when I went back and explained it, Emma and her coworker Ricky were super nice and helpful! They gave me the two Cool Wraps I originally wanted and even let me keep the two Deluxe Sandwiches for free!! Really appreciated how friendly and understanding they were. Great customer service and they handled the whole situation really well!“
