“We ordered catering for a graduation party and the food was hot and delicious. But even more impressive was Precious, the manager. When we picked up the order they had forgotten some of the sauces, this happens with catering orders and I had someone else pick it up so they didn't check. It was fine, we had other sauces - but the impressive part was when I went back the next day to let them know - Precious could not have been more apologetic and truly provided a customer service aspect that I was not expecting. Kind, polite and made me feel like they did care about me as a customer. It's how a company deals with customer service issues that really stand out!“
“Nice, friendly staff. Food was great. Buffalo Ranch sandwich was spicier than expected, but I love spicy food. The piece of chicken was one of the best I've had. Perfectly breaded and no fatty parts. Cajun fries taste similar to Five Guys, these are just skinnier. Slaw had the homemade taste to it and was watery, which I prefer. The Reese shake was Ok, out of everything I had that was probably my least favorite, but I would still order it again! Tons of crumbled up Reeses inside“

“The service is very quick! Only once have I received fries at this location that weren't Absolutely Fresh but they weren't outright cold either. The chicken, toast, Etc we're all fresh and hot every time I've been at this location.“
“The people were very nice but it took a long time to get our meal because there were no biscuits available for 15 minutes or so. The food was delicious when we got it. We were offered a roll but we turned it down to wait for a biscuit. That took longer than the 15 minutes we were told and we thought we would get our food soon and then get the biscuit later. Even later I had to go back up to ask for our food and then still had to wait.“
