“Great dine in experience the food comes on restaurant home-style plates. I had this 2 piece with the green and red hot sauce provided, and it was amazing. The chicken is great alone but there is nothing like some good hot sauce on some good chicken. Check them out whenever yall can.“

“Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. Store was very clean. Portion sizes are very generous. The spicy dippers (formerly know as double dippers) are my favorite. The chicken in them is juicy, while the breading on the outside is extra crispy, and also has a slight spicy kick to it, but not too spicy, just right. Potato wedges are some of the best around. Biscuit is always good, close slaw is delicious, and that honey mustard sauce for dipping is the best around. This location is the only one in this area. I drove from East Charlotte to get my Lee's fix, and it is always worth it.“

“Unlike Harriet Welsch I enjoyed my food and experience quite well. Now I did not catch the name of who took my order so for the sake of simplicity I will use the name Dwayne. Dwayne was a great server. Her service was certainly up to par. I love how she did everything in accordance with company and rules and policies. I understand you cant bend any rules for me as then you would have to bend the rules for everyone else. Dwayne was wonderful and polite in all aspects and I highly recommend her. “Great food, service was a little slow however. Always happy to get a deal and this time I got two Zax snaks but I accidentally left the door open to my car while taking in groceries and my dog helped herself to my other zax snack. She thoroughly enjoyed it and told me to give 5 stars so here I am doing just that. Woof woof“

“I went there today food was great, and the service was great. Got to talk to the general manager and he was so friendly. He checked up on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Definitely will recommend this place and come back.“

“Food was great. Unfortunately, part of my order was missing, and I really wasn't interested in going back to deal with it. I saw a man who was smart enough to check before leaving, and questioned them about his missing item.

Their pick-up (takeout) was not great. The cashier didn't know that the order is identifiable by phone number, not order #, and the person who gave me my bag licked their finger to open the bag.

Food was great, but between poor customer service, and some sanitation issues, I'm not sure if I'll ever go there again.

If you go, make sure you check your order! For what I paid in this economy, nothing should have been missing!!!!!“

Edit - improved last couple times. Have had 2 orders though where they substituted other variety than ordered.“
