“The roasted chicken is so delicious! It is very flavorful and juicy. I also had the fried yuca and sweet plantains that were very good, fresh, and hot. My hubby had the spicy chicken sandwich and an empanada. He said that both were delicious as well. Everyone that was working was very kind. The restaurant is very clean and pleasant. “I haven’t been to this Zaxby’s location in a while because last time I didn’t have the best experience service wise, but I would like to say that this morning was wonderful. The cashier who took our order Sapphire M She was so patient very kind asked every question that needed to be asked for our order. We only waited 10 minutes even after she made sure we didn’t need anything else before we left. She overall made it a good experience including other staff members unlike our last encounter three months ago. I will say I will be coming back here more again.“

“I went there today food was great, and the service was great. Got to talk to the general manager and he was so friendly. He checked up on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Definitely will recommend this place and come back.“

“The chicken breast was really good. It was not dry and it was tender. The potato wedges were good, the Mac and cheese was good but not my favorite. NOW, the green beans and baked beans were delicious!! I have a plan for next time, only green and baked beans for sides. Yum. Oh, the biscuits tasted like more. I hate to say our thoughts about the wrap, I would not suggest it. We were glad there was more than enough food to share with the person who ordered the wrap. It was small had 2 little chicken nuggets and some lettuce. No, no, and no. Everything else two thumbs up.

“Unlike Harriet Welsch I enjoyed my food and experience quite well. Now I did not catch the name of who took my order so for the sake of simplicity I will use the name Dwayne. Dwayne was a great server. Her service was certainly up to par. I love how she did everything in accordance with company and rules and policies. I understand you cant bend any rules for me as then you would have to bend the rules for everyone else. Dwayne was wonderful and polite in all aspects and I highly recommend her. “I come to this location tonight and my order that prepared by a manager was terrible. Talk to GM Caleb went back and he made sure I had a great experience and great food. Hopefully the owners start paying someone like him to bring shrimpboat back to the standards it use to have. Johnny Mae standards if u know u know.“
