“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! “I had a really great experience at this KFC location. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I also ordered mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, biscuits, and everything was delicious and made fresh. You can tell the kitchen staff cares about food quality here.
The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The employees were friendly, patient, and made the ordering process easy. My order was accurate and came out quickly even during a busy time. The dining area was clean, organized, and comfortable for families.
This is definitely one of the better fast food restaurants in the area. If you are looking for good fried chicken, quick service, and a clean restaurant, I highly recommend this KFC. I’ll be coming back again for sure!“
