One issue I’d like to point out: please fix the water faucets in the bathrooms. The water comes out scorching hot from both taps, and it’s literally burning kids' hands. This needs urgent attention for safety.“

“The Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich is inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes great and is served at a good size, but other times the flavor is noticeably different and the sandwich is much smaller. The quality and portion size seem to vary from visit to visit, which makes the experience unpredictable.“

Everything is made to order, so it does take a while, but it comes out piping hot and fresh. We ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders, a leg quarter, chicken and waffles, and fries. The flavors were incredible, the spice was just right, and the portions were generous. The attention to detail and quality of the food truly stood out. We highly recommend checking out Helen’s Hot Chicken if you’re in the area. We will definitely be back for more!“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!“

“We have to drive an hour just to try their food. We’ve read that their chicken is good. We are not disappointed. The chicken is tasty. We ordered the fried and grilled. They are well seasoned. I love the grilled chicken the best, herb seasoning and cook to perfection. They have good selection of sides as well. Perfect for family meal. Worth the drive. Good price point as well.“

“I attended with my 2 small children on cow appreciation day so the store was very busy, my special-needs 5 year-old was having trouble waiting in the line and the manager (named Cam) came out and gave us free brownies, saying “chocolate always helps.” I was very touched instead of looking at my screaming and crying child and feeling annoyed, he felt compassion. “My daughter loves the Mac and cheese this is why we go , I am not such a big fan of the rest. But my problem is , everyone I order on the Mobil app, they never put in the condiments . Last time I ordered 2 salads , and 2 kids chicken meals . No dressing or chicken sauce in the bag at all. Now my kids won’t eat . I hate to hold up the drive thru checking they bag but i guess i have to of i ever go back“

“I visited this location to get food and had an incredible experience. Ive heard that Chik Fil A had great customer service but in this case a worker went above and beyond. This changed my perspective about whats possible at a fast food restaurant. I take a long time to order at restaurants because I have to check and see if any products contain items I am allergic to. Andrea, one of the workers here was able to not only advise me on allergen information but give me suggestions on what to order. She did this while being patient and radiating the type of friendly energy I haven't found at any other fast food restaurant before. The food was great and Andrea was very helpful. Hopefully others who visit here are served by her and feel the same way!!“

“Unlike Harriet Welsch I enjoyed my food and experience quite well. Now I did not catch the name of who took my order so for the sake of simplicity I will use the name Dwayne. Dwayne was a great server. Her service was certainly up to par. I love how she did everything in accordance with company and rules and policies. I understand you cant bend any rules for me as then you would have to bend the rules for everyone else. Dwayne was wonderful and polite in all aspects and I highly recommend her.
