We visited Helen’s Hot Chicken in Rock Hill for the first time, and it was a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious and worth every minute of the wait. Everything is made to order, so it does take a while, but it comes out piping hot and fresh. We ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders, a leg quarter, chicken and waffles, and fries. My husband and I are Hattie B fans so we decided to try here on our way back home to WNC. Glad we did. Hot honey chicken tenders were great as were the fried okra and potato salad.
My husband and I are in from out of town. This is some of the best, crispy chicken we've had in a long time. The owner even came out to introduce herself. A lovely little family! support local small business!!!
