Have had zero issues with any of our orders, today went through the drive thru and was very surprised when I went to pay and was told it was taken care of, and was given something to pay it forward to someone else, that was nice of them to do this which I did, as I've always paid it forward to someone every time I can, like at restaurants, or the grocery store. “I dine in sometimes here and also pick up orders for DoorDash delivery. The staff is polite, kind, and always treat you well and with a smile. Orders are on time always, very well presented. The place is clean all the time. I love coming here.“

“Went to this location for the first time to try viva chicken with my husband! We were greeted but the most wonderful person at the counter. she was friendly and very personable. I had never gone to a viva chicken so I wanted something they didn’t have on today’s menu but She made sure to recommend me something just as good. she was very welcoming and cheery! we loved the food so much and will be back. while we ate Miss Sarah I believe was her name; came out and asked us how our food was. that was above and beyond for me. I n not much of a reviewer but when the service is good and so is the food you have to say something!! Sarah if you see this great job with the customer service and I look forward to visiting again!“

“I went to the Dunwoody, Georgia location at lunchtime today (11/17/25). I let the cashier know that it was my 1st time trying Super Chix and he comped my frozen custard with oreo pieces! That act of kindness had me in tears as I was emotional about the bad news I received about my husband's cancer earlier in the day. Thank you for adding sunshine to my day! I will be back!“

“The front line folks are outstanding! Service is incredibly fast! I've been here several times and have always had positive experiences. This time, the place seemed dirty, straws on the floor and tables that weren't cleaned. First time I've seen this in several visits, otherwise it's 5 stars.“
