Well my sister drinks her teas sweet and unsweet. So I bought a gallon which I asked if possible they could do 25% sweet and 75% unsweet. She said absolutely and didn't charge me extra for it or gave me attitude for asking for something that wasn't on the app. She was awesome. She even made it so it be made right. So definitely coming back to this one.“

“Despite being short staffed and absolutely slammed, this KFC was able to provide my family (+1 friend) a delicious, hot, and timely meal served with a courteous manner. Even while other customers were complaining because of wait times (again, they were short staffed - there were only a couple people in kitchen and one on register), not once was an unkind word spoken from the staff and there were no smiles lost. Unlike my counterparts, I enjoyed the dining experience, and would absolute go back. Thanks KFC, for making the only thing I wanted for my birthday dinner a great experience. Hopefully your DM or Corporate office sees this and makes sure everyone who was working last night is properly compensated for going above and beyond.“
