“Passing through from New York. We were met with such accommodating and kind people. The roast beef sandwiches and fries are good, a little on the salty side. The atmosphere was very calm and clean. I’d come here again on any future trips. Thank you for such a lovely experience.“

“I would love to say that this place ROCKsssss!!! The customer service is phenomenal! Titian’s has the best customer service I have seen and had in a long time. She was very polite and patient and explained everything to about the new turkey sandwiches. By the way, my wife loved the club turkey sandwich. Not the gobbler🤢🤮. Robbie was very helpful as well and got my food together for me so fast!! Robbie has great store with great people!!⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“my trip was insane. I waited nearly half an hour outside before I finally went inside to check on my order. the FIRST THING I HEAR is the young lady on the expo line shouting at someone that they were stupid. young blonde girl with a clear attitude problem. my order had not even been started. so why would I reccomend this location? the 2 people who worked to fix my order were amazing. they were very sorry in which I told them it was absolutely okay and I was in no way upset by the wait. I get it. things happen. I am absolutely shocked by the level of disrespect that young lady was comfortable displaying in the work place and I'm concerned that she creates a hostile work environment for those who are actually trying to do their job.“

“I LOVE this location. I am a BIG Jersey Mikes fan, but this location is always so friendly. I love that my mobile orders actually come just the way I ordered them. I love to go in for a quick lunch it is a clean atmosphere. Even when busy they take the time to clean tables and drink machine area. I like that I can watch / see their food safety / quality at all times. My favorite time to go is the busy hours. They are super quick, and it is very entertaining to see so many employees in such a small space function in unison to create great food. The comradery of the employees and the positive attitude makes for an uplifting experience.“

“Today I want to recognize some Black Excellence right here in Statesville! The young Black lady who made my sandwich today was absolutely outstanding. She was professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude — she made sure my order was just the way I wanted it, with care and a smile.
It’s refreshing to see young Black employees showing up, standing out, and setting an example of excellence and pride. She deserves her flowers for real!“

“oh my days the service was literally INCREDIBLE — employees walking around the dining room offering sauces and refills, management was at the counter assisting guests who needed help, the place was PACKED and the staff was still absolutely on it. 10/10 amazing experience“
