Burger King provides a welcoming experience with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure customers feel valued. The drive-through service is efficient, and custom orders are accurately fulfilled. The restaurant even accommodates special requests, such as hot fries. Although there have been some mixed experiences, many customers praise the kindness of the employees. For instance, a cashier recently impressed a customer with his friendly demeanor, while a staff member named Kaylee received high praise for her sweet service and attention to detail. The staff's kindness extends to furry friends, too, with complimentary ice cream cones and sweet comments. Overall, Burger King serves great food with exceptional customer service, making it a top choice in Statesville.
