“MACKENZIE IS AMAZING!!! Best that Statesville restaurants have to offer in servers. Cant say much about the food or the ambience as it is not our typical choice for a Friday night, but Mackenzie made the trip worth it. If you like sports bar food, then you may find this place a gem, but I assure you, it will really be because of Mackenzie’s amazing personality and quick wit. Trust me! “My wife and I had a problem with a door dash driver who stole our food. Jason, the Manager on Duty, was quick to remake my order so I could pick it up at the store and dispute my door dash order. Not only did he give us a discount, but he told us to come back for dinner and he would take care of us. This is customer service at its finest. Jason is a class act. And the food was great to top it all off! We will be back for sure.“

I waited nearly half an hour outside before I finally went inside to check on my order. the FIRST THING I HEAR is the young lady on the expo line shouting at someone that they were stupid. young blonde girl with a clear attitude problem. my order had not even been started. so why would I reccomend this location? the 2 people who worked to fix my order were amazing. they were very sorry in which I told them it was absolutely okay and I was in no way upset by the wait. I get it. things happen. I am absolutely shocked by the level of disrespect that young lady was comfortable displaying in the work place and I'm concerned that she creates a hostile work environment for those who are actually trying to do their job.“
