“Some of the cashier's have bad attitudes and the Hispanic waitress has a bad attitude she pick and choose who she wants to assist at the table and expects a tip I am big on tipping if the service and food is good. Some days you go and the food is delicious and some days the chicken is salty and dry and not to mention the fish.They need the old cooks and workers back that when the food was delicious. “Keith is a wonderful bar tender. I had a lot of questions about the new drinks because I am not a drinker but he was patient with me and didn’t pressure me to decide before I was ready. Brinaye placed my to go order for me and I sat at the bar and had my drink while I waited. The wait was around 20 to 25 minutes but the time flew by because the staff is so friendly. I almost decided to stay and have my lunch there but I was I had an appointment. I will be back though! The host greeted me with a smile when I came in and even opened the door for me I was surprised. When I was leaving everyone said goodbye. You can tell some of the customers come here often because staff greet them by name and ask them how they are doing. They seem genuinely connected to the guest. Nick, who I discovered is the manager greeted guests at their table and asked them how there experience was going. I found that to be very proactive. I will come back for a family dinner or maybe a date. It’s very inviting.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“We were there late, 1 am. So was everybody else. The manager was very efficient resulting in fast, accurate, service. The burgers were juicy and the onion rings almost made us weep. We were very happy and send many thanks to the night shift. Thanks for being there. 😀“

“Today we had one of the best dining experiences we've ever had at an IHOP. The food was fresh, hit, and cooked to perfection. Our server Lynette Hyde was stellar at her job. She greeted us at the door with a great attitude and an inviting smile. It was obvious to us that she really enjoys her job. The special touches that shares with her customers is above and beyond. “I have never, ever gotten bad food from this McDonald’s. It is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious at any time of day I have stopped. The one in Kannapolis could take some notes, I live much closer to that location but haven’t been to it in years because it is genuinely terrible, and I would rather make the drive to Concord for this one.“

“Brian’s Grill is one of those places that makes you feel like you’ve been coming there for years, even if it’s your first visit.
I ordered the cheeseburger “Brian’s way” with all the chili, cheese, onion, and wow—it was incredible. Freshly made, hot, messy in all the right ways, and absolutely worth every napkin. You can tell they take pride in what comes off that grill.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Friendly, personable, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel like locals instead of just customers.
