I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Love the burgers here, they have so much flavor. Friendly helpful staff. Favorite is Mushroom and Cheese burger, the gravy/sauce is wonderful. Also enjoy the Frisco burgers!
To save time this morning, I used door dash delivery and was missing 3 items so I reached out to the driver and he said the staff said everything was supposed to be in the bag and that he is not allowed to open the bags.. (I guess the missing drink was supposed to be in the bag as well??) However, the lady I spoke with when I called was nice and apologized and replaced the missing items without any issue or pushback.
