“I enjoyed it thoroughly! The burgers tend to be a little dry because of the excellent crust they have on the outside. Cheese is a must on the burger. The shakes are brilliant! Fried cheese curds were a little salty and maybe too addictive. Overall a winner.“

“My name is Scott and I’ve been coming to Biscuitville in Salisbury NC on Jake Alexander Boulevard since I semi retired in August of 2023 every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They have the best breakfast on the boulevard here by far. The food is awesome and my order is always exactly as I ordered it. I always go thru the drive thru and eat in the parking lot and watch the traffic go by. Now this may sound boring but you never know what you may see here in Salisbury. At times they may be a little short handed with the staff but I’m always greeted with a smile. I would like to give the manager Gabe and his staff here a huge SHOUTOUT!!! They are all TOTALLY AWESOME!!! Scott“

“This was the best Arby’s and general fast food experience I’ve ever had! I love the lack of screens around the dining area and the fake plants and general layout. All the staff were friendly and the food was great I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed way to freaking go Arby’s !“

“Workers at the drive thru couldn't get my order right even though I gave them the order number on their menu board. When I went to the window to correct my order the manager had an attitude. Also she told me to either give my order in line or come inside
Even after explaining what happened she still spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I'll never go back again“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“I've gone through the drive-in at this Chick-fil-A several times and have always had an excellent experience. The food is always hot, consistently tasting good, my orders have always been complete, and the service is consistently friendly and professional up to the usual Chick-fil-A standards.“

“First I’d like to say that I’ve been going to this Zaxbys since I was in middle school and NEVER that I can remember have had a bad experience here. 10/10
Today we got dinner here in the drive thru and got the food home to realize that our order of fried pickles was missing. I went back to the restaurant about 30 mins after we’d been through and asked about the missing item and they didn’t ask one question or complain. The window staff was very kind and apologized about the inconvenience.
Their customer service has always been good for me personally. Great fast food spot, everyone seems happy to work there (whether they actually are or not lol).“

“I was traveling back home to Atlanta Sunday, and i stopped at this location after getting gas. Service could have been better and the cashier could have been a little friendlier. I came through the drive thru, she opens the window and just begins verifying my order and gave me the total, didn't speak or anything. I irdered the 9pc nugget meal with Mac n cheese. After getting the food and drink, I asked for jelly and a knife, she hands me only jelly, I asked for a knife again, she says we dont have knives....😒🤔 ummm ok, so what's the alternative...didn't ask if I would like a spoon instead, nothing, as she talking to her other coworkers about a guy outside getting exercise in. I just said ok and drove off. Customer service is everything to me, and you get one chance to make a first impression, so its a no for me if ever traveling that way again.“

“This was the cleanest sub shop/restaurant that I have seen in years. It was spotless door, windows, floors, and counters. I have worked in the janitorial/housekeeping field for 10+yrs and I was thoroughly impressed when I walked in Jimmy John's.
The staff was also very professional, fast, and welcoming.“

“I have been a customer of Jersey Mike’s since day 1 in Salisbury. I have been in the restaurant business for over 40 years and I know for a fact that these people are some of the best in the business. Always fresh. Always exactly right. If I’m having a sub in Salisbury I definitely go to Mike’s. Great job!!!“

“Phyllis cashier has the customer service skills. She make sure your order is correct at all times. The manager named Madison is a very rude person with a I don't care attitude about her customers at all. She serves cold chicken and fries and tell u it just came up. Even ignores her staff at times. She needs to be investigated seriously“

“This is the families favorite tacobell. Everytime we come in whether it’s evening or later at night the guys there are quick and super friendly at the window, always make sure we have sauce and a smile! Great place, the girls love tacobell!“

“This place has good food item choices. In particular we like the fish! We went thru the driveway to order it took longer than expected however food was worth the wait! Suggest eating in dining if you can or immediately after purchase. The fish is delicious but doesn't stay hot long! Cudtomer service was great!“
