“My name is Scott and I’ve been coming to Biscuitville in Salisbury NC on Jake Alexander Boulevard since I semi retired in August of 2023 every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They have the best breakfast on the boulevard here by far. The food is awesome and my order is always exactly as I ordered it. I always go thru the drive thru and eat in the parking lot and watch the traffic go by. Now this may sound boring but you never know what you may see here in Salisbury. At times they may be a little short handed with the staff but I’m always greeted with a smile. I would like to give the manager Gabe and his staff here a huge SHOUTOUT!!! Today we got dinner here in the drive thru and got the food home to realize that our order of fried pickles was missing. I went back to the restaurant about 30 mins after we’d been through and asked about the missing item and they didn’t ask one question or complain. The window staff was very kind and apologized about the inconvenience.

Their customer service has always been good for me personally. Great fast food spot, everyone seems happy to work there (whether they actually are or not lol).“

“I love this place, I always get it at night after I get off at work and I can’t say much about how it is during dinner or day time but at night it slaps! There’s this super amazing lady who runs that drive thru window at night, she’s the Taco Bell queen!!!! I mostly do pick up orders but it’s still just as good when I order from the drive thru!! It comes so quick. The one time I’ve doordashed it; I accidentally fell asleep right after and when I woke up 3 hours later (this was when it was still cold out too) my food was still warm when I woke up!! They wrap it so good. Anyways I love this Taco Bell specifically. The one in richfield and the one on jake Alexander are alright but this is GREAT. (Also I’ve literally never been told to wait and I come at all hours from 9pm-3 am.)“

Normally KFCs can be slow... But my experience today was GREAT!
(Other reviews talk about the BAD teenage staff on weekends, but I'm reviewing the polite adult ladies who were running things for a Thursday lunch.)
I ordered and planned on going to the restroom before my food was ready, but the cashier handed me my cup and I had barely filled my drink when my order came up!
The chicken was fresh, crispy, and juicy. Flavor-wise, it's well seasoned and properly salted, plus it's fall-off-the-bone tender.
The sides were generous and flavorful. Potatoes and gravy did benefit from a salt and a pepper packet, but weren't bland otherwise. I've had corn that's old and dry, but their was fresh and popping with flavor. And the coleslaw was crisp, cold, and not runny.
This was probably one of my top 2 experiences at KFC ever, if not #1.
My only recommendation would be to use a better degreaser for mopping the restroom. The floor is disconcertingly greasy, but otherwise free of debris. It's obviously they clean, but the product they're using has its limitations.
The dining room was very clean and they had golden oldies playing at a very reasonable volume.
Nevermind, the greasy bathroom floor notwithstanding, this is the best KFC I've ever eaten at.
