I was traveling back home to Atlanta Sunday, and i stopped at this location after getting gas. Service could have been better and the cashier could have been a little friendlier. I came through the drive thru, she opens the window and just begins verifying my order and gave me the total, didn't speak or anything. I irdered the 9pc nugget meal with Mac n cheese. Bojangles is a great place with friendly staff and fresh food. Located near a truck stop, this North Carolina spot provides quick service and well-stocked items. Customers praise the biscuits, describing them as very soft and flavorful, so much so that one driver stopped to buy a whole sack. The staff and management are professional, creating a welcoming environment. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and flavorful, and the restaurant is kept very clean. Some customers mentioned disappointment when they found out that BO sauce was not available, feeling it would have completed their meal. Despite this, the overall experience remains positive, with many appreciating the attentive service and quality food.
