“I've read the (other) reviews and totally agree, usually Wendy's disappoints. I don't feel right blaming only Wendy's. Since moving to NC I have noticed that care & customer service, in regards to fast food, is astonishingly lacking.

However, as someone used to leaving and/or reading negative reviews, I am happy to announce this is not that! Yesterday I made a trip against my own will, a request by the wife, and was amazed. It felt like an entirely new Wendy's. I was in and out of there, via drive-through, with my food in about 2 minutes, maybe less. I also need to mention there was two cars ahead of me.

Once I saw the two cars I was sure it was going to be a minimum of 10 minutes waiting. But all of us seemed to immediately place our order, pay and receive it, as if the food was waiting for us.

It was honestly a great experience and I hope that when I return again I can experience the same. Keep up the good work!“

“When I tell you that this is one Subway that was amazing! From customer service to finalizing my order! I worked (past) for Subway over 22 years and this one would match the criteria I would set for the stores that worked under me. The young lady at the register was amazing. Didn't get her name because I was so excited! But clerk 881 you deserve your props“

“The staff was very kind and friendly, and the food was fast, hot and delicious! They even turned the heater on for my mother in law who was cold.
We were a large group after a NASCAR Tech graduation, and very hungry.
