“We stop in to eat gravy biscuits before going shopping in Hickory. Good food and friendly staff. It is located besides a Times store with BP gas. Very convenient to fill up your tank after your meal. Also it is right off Highway 321 for easy access.“

“Very friendly. 2 for $5 Steak biscuit deal was good. Sausage gravy lacking sausage, not much in it. Not as good as Hardee's or ChickFilA gravy. Coffee not as good as other places. Excellent service! Very CLEAN restaurant and bathrooms. Comfortable temperature inside. Food was freshly made. Pepsi was good also. The people were so nice. This was my first time at a Bojangles. Thank you!“

“I have to share what a great experience I had at this Subway in Maiden! I’ve only been here 1-2 other times before but tonight was awesome. The staff behind the counter were so nice. Apparently the woman was still in training as it was her first day. The man taking my order helped her anytime she needed it and complimented her on a job well done. The customers ahead of me asked for a small drink. Since they were out, they were charged for the size small but given a bigger cup. The young man helping me offered suggestions anytime I was unsure of what I wanted. Next thing I knew, I was pulling my wallet out to pay and he said it would be covered. I offered multiple times to pay for it, to pay it forward or to at least give him a tip but he kept insisting it was fine. That the world needs more kindness like what I had shown while the girl was training. It was such a small act, but it made my day. The world needs more people like them. I will definitely be coming back! ***Subway Corporate, if you’re reading this, please bring back the pizzas! While the pepperoni meatball was good, a pizza would’ve made the meal perfect!***“

“Five Guys fries are my favorite fries, they are fried in peanut oil and no preservatives. Sometimes I have problems with preservatives in restaurant food so none is better. Even the small fries are a lot so I eat half and freeze the rest. They taste great reheated.“

I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! I particularly love my early morning staff, such as Ava, Caleb (×2), Jessica and so many more! They simply make my days brighter, and also serve delicious food! “Great experience. Had trouble ordering on the app. Usually in situations like this staff at any place will turn you away. That was not the case for this location. The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Carl’s Jr. for the win once again. The employees are also very humorous people and make the experience worth the trip.“

“This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. “We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“Went through drive through to buy the King Hawaiian fish combo, but they are done with that promotion for now. Decided on the beef and cheddar combo. It was very tender and they were not skimpy with the meat. Very filling and good. Curly fries were cold before I got back to my destination. Would definitely try it again and substitute the curly fries.

Went inside today to eat and brought my mother who is very unsteady on her feet. The gentleman at the counter saw me struggling to get her inside and offered to help me when we were ready to leave. As soon as we stood up, he came right over and helped her up and walked her out while I got the car. Then he helped her in the car. I think his name tag said Barry. Kindness is alive and well at Arbys Lincolnton. Thank you Barry!!“

I have been here on numerous occasions, and I have never had an issue at all, whether it be through the drive-through or the lobby or early in the morning, or in the middle of the night, the staff has always pulled through for me - been kind, quick, courteous, and I appreciate them after a long days work with no food and they are here to take care of me.“

Her employees all seem to respect her and pretty much ask her what else needs to be done with a smile on their face. I dont know if it's a daily thing, but she was scrubbing the baseboard while another girl was taking the chair legs rubber pieces off, and another scrubbing bathroom floors, all with smiles and great attitudes. She seems to be a great manager and I cant wait for my weekly trips just to see that crew work together so peacefully. Finally fast food with genuine hospitality! And food was fresh and hot, didn't mind waiting on fresh fries, the whole experience was definitely worth it!“
