“We stop in to eat gravy biscuits before going shopping in Hickory. Good food and friendly staff. It is located besides a Times store with BP gas. Very convenient to fill up your tank after your meal. Also it is right off Highway 321 for easy access.“

“I have to share what a great experience I had at this Subway in Maiden! I’ve only been here 1-2 other times before but tonight was awesome. The staff behind the counter were so nice. Apparently the woman was still in training as it was her first day. The man taking my order helped her anytime she needed it and complimented her on a job well done. The customers ahead of me asked for a small drink. Since they were out, they were charged for the size small but given a bigger cup. The young man helping me offered suggestions anytime I was unsure of what I wanted. Next thing I knew, I was pulling my wallet out to pay and he said it would be covered. I offered multiple times to pay for it, to pay it forward or to at least give him a tip but he kept insisting it was fine. That the world needs more kindness like what I had shown while the girl was training. It was such a small act, but it made my day. The world needs more people like them. I will definitely be coming back! ***Subway Corporate, if you’re reading this, please bring back the pizzas! While the pepperoni meatball was good, a pizza would’ve made the meal perfect!***“

“Five guys is more expensive than most. But their food is pretty delicious. Fries are fresh cut and you can taste the difference. Hamburger meat seems higher quality than most burger places. All ingredients are fresh If you have an opportunity stop by take a five guys out. And don't forget to grab a few peanuts.“

I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. “The level of customer service provided to my family during our visit was superior, especially the service of Tammy W. The food was very good, the establishment was clean and the entire staff was excellent. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so kind to the young children in our group. Noticeably, she made a point to interact and provide excellent service to all customers, not just my party. Whataburger should definitely give Tammy a raise because if I owned a company, I would want to keep her on my team.“

“This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. Went inside today to eat and brought my mother who is very unsteady on her feet. The gentleman at the counter saw me struggling to get her inside and offered to help me when we were ready to leave. As soon as we stood up, he came right over and helped her up and walked her out while I got the car. Then he helped her in the car. I think his name tag said Barry. Kindness is alive and well at Arbys Lincolnton. Thank you Barry!!“

“The food is good not great and the service is ok. The employees are not rude, but just seemed to be disinterested. The dining room looked clean, but the tables and chairs seem well-worn and in need of replacement. The past 3 times we have stopped there we have sat at a table that was wobbly.“

“Candice has got to be the most personable customer service orientated manager that I have ever met! Her employees all seem to respect her and pretty much ask her what else needs to be done with a smile on their face. I dont know if it's a daily thing, but she was scrubbing the baseboard while another girl was taking the chair legs rubber pieces off, and another scrubbing bathroom floors, all with smiles and great attitudes. She seems to be a great manager and I cant wait for my weekly trips just to see that crew work together so peacefully. Finally fast food with genuine hospitality! And food was fresh and hot, didn't mind waiting on fresh fries, the whole experience was definitely worth it!“

Hot, outside bread was crunchy and the toppings were just right! We had the chicken habenero and Philly cheesesteak. Our Delivery Driver, Bianca, was so fast and pleasant!
