“Just ordered breakfast to go at the end of breakfast time. Asked to have my steak on my biscuit fresh, and they did it with a smile. I appreciate great customer service with a smile! This location after breakfast is VERY CLEAN. My meal came out fresh, and the entire restaurant front and back is super clean! If you are on Hwy 321 definitely stop at this location!!“

“This one's for the workers, not if you want to know if a sandwich is good, it's a sandwich, use your dome.

I don't expect any associate making near minimum wage to act like they love their job, and they don't act like they hate it here but they're still people. I appreciate that they aren't unreasonably rude, the actually try to take that step to make sure you don't feel put off not matter how their days going.
People work here. I appreciate you guys for giving all you got, y'all are 10/10 workers and dont' let no bad review or nothing tell you otherwise. People come on here to vent their frustrations and yall are doing the best you can. Anyone with half a brain can see and appreciate that“

“Very friendly. 2 for $5 Steak biscuit deal was good. Sausage gravy lacking sausage, not much in it. Not as good as Hardee's or ChickFilA gravy. Coffee not as good as other places. Excellent service! Very CLEAN restaurant and bathrooms. Comfortable temperature inside. Food was freshly made. Pepsi was good also. The people were so nice. This was my first time at a Bojangles. Thank you!“

“I placed my order online and went inside to pick up my order. This was at lunchtime, so the restaurant had a good flow of customers. I didn't go to the counter to ask if my order was ready. But I noticed people that came in and ordered at the counter, got their bag before I did. So, i just went to one of the workers and asked if they had a bag with my last name. And after a minute or so I did get my bag and leave the restaurant. Everyone was working, and the cook's community back and forth.“

I come through at least 3 mornings per week on my way to work for breakfast, and every time they are so kind, respectful and have the best customer service! I've been a patron at this location for about 10 years or more and they truly have some of the best staff around! I particularly love my early morning staff, such as Ava, Caleb (×2), Jessica and so many more! They simply make my days brighter, and also serve delicious food! “This Culvers was extremely impressive. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Asheville. When I say they were busy, that may be an understatement. Line out the door, drive thru lined up, parking lot FULL. Being that we had received a Culver's gift card for christmas, we decided to go ahead and stay. The staff was extremely friendly. We waited about 10 minutes in line to order considering the amount of people. Then only had to wait about 15 minutes for our hot and fresh food to be at our table. I have experienced longer wait times at other Culver's in an environment that was not a fraction of the amount of busy they were. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I want to give props to the crew working. They were on it! Everything was clean, even the drink station! As stated before, very impressed with how this location is ran. Like a smooth sailing ship. “Great experience. Had trouble ordering on the app. Usually in situations like this staff at any place will turn you away. That was not the case for this location. The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Carl’s Jr. for the win once again. The employees are also very humorous people and make the experience worth the trip.“

“Cook Out is the inexpensive choice for people at lunch, teenagers and anyone that likes good solid normal food.
They have over 30 milkshake flavors, and while they are a burger place, I believe their BBQ sandwich can rival anything within a 100 miles.
If you're looking for gourmet, this is isn't your place. But if you're looking for burger style food and affordable price with friendly staff, you should go.“

“The food is good not great and the service is ok. The employees are not rude, but just seemed to be disinterested. The dining room looked clean, but the tables and chairs seem well-worn and in need of replacement. The past 3 times we have stopped there we have sat at a table that was wobbly.“

“The level of customer service provided to my family during our visit was superior, especially the service of Tammy W. The food was very good, the establishment was clean and the entire staff was excellent. Tammy went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was so kind to the young children in our group. Noticeably, she made a point to interact and provide excellent service to all customers, not just my party. Whataburger should definitely give Tammy a raise because if I owned a company, I would want to keep her on my team.“

“We love Hardee’s, but we were very disappointed on our last visit, we ordered 10 piece chicken tenders, we got home and we had very small pieces. We called the store and the employee stated that they decided to fry up some end pieces. Very disappointed, not enough to serve the 2 of us, thank you .“

“We went there late evening and the employees were nice and efficient. The Big Kahuna chicken sub on wheat bread was excellent. My husband and I shared a Giant size and it was enough for the two of us. For all the mixed reviews this place gets, I was surprised because everything was very good.“

“I've never been here before today, but its across from my dentist so I figured I'd try it out. The guy taking my order at the drive thru speaker asked for my name and asked how I was doing today, which was a pleasant difference from the usual drive thru intro. When I got to the window, the employee was smiling and friendly, told me he hoped I was having a good day so far. The food came out fast, he wished me a great rest of my day. The food was really good but the customer service is what stands out for me. I haven't been to a drive thru or fast food in any capacity in YEARS where the employees were that friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. I wish there was one of these in Denver. Management is absolutely doing something right here!!!“

“We around 10:30 for lunch we ordered the minion meal and fries where cold went up to exchange them for hot fries said they had to drop some we finished eating all our food and had to go back up and ask for our hot fries and honestly they tasted reheated and smelled like old oil. Gross“

My wife insisted on trying the wings and I’m so glad we did. I am not a wing guy but these are my new go too for delicious crispy and moist wings when the craving strikes! i bypass the others because this location ALWAYS serves HOT CHEESEBURGERS

“i went there and their drink machine was messed up. i reported it trying to help and the cashier said others had reported the drinks being messed up also. an older lady that I assume was the manager comes out with the rudest most unprofessional attitude. she literally took a cup and announced "carbonation" then dumped it out then did this over and over for the whole machine instead of just tasting the problem. manager or not rude, lazy employee. not going back to pack $16+ dollars just to have an employee make a scene at the drink machine they wanna charge $3 for. keep your rotten attitudes and overpriced crap I feel bad for the young people working there if that's how things go in front of customers“
