The employees try their best to understand your issues and communicate well with their colleagues to find a solution. Really great service. Also the restaurant is clean and the food is always hot and delicious. Carl’s Jr. for the win once again. The employees are also very humorous people and make the experience worth the trip.“

“Went through drive through to buy the King Hawaiian fish combo, but they are done with that promotion for now. Decided on the beef and cheddar combo. It was very tender and they were not skimpy with the meat. Very filling and good. Curly fries were cold before I got back to my destination. Would definitely try it again and substitute the curly fries.

Went inside today to eat and brought my mother who is very unsteady on her feet. The gentleman at the counter saw me struggling to get her inside and offered to help me when we were ready to leave. As soon as we stood up, he came right over and helped her up and walked her out while I got the car. Then he helped her in the car. I think his name tag said Barry. Kindness is alive and well at Arbys Lincolnton. Thank you Barry!!“

“Honest review ~ I hate Pizza. Ordered Domino's last night, myself and my family all surprised at how good it was. They have changed something, hopefully ditched the cheese brand all chain pizza joint have been using ~ lol“

“It's a taco bell. The foods taco bell food let's be real. Location was super clean on a busy Monday evening all things considered. Couple tables could use a quick wipe from messy kids but all in all for a fast food place. Impressed“

“I've never been here before today, but its across from my dentist so I figured I'd try it out. The guy taking my order at the drive thru speaker asked for my name and asked how I was doing today, which was a pleasant difference from the usual drive thru intro. When I got to the window, the employee was smiling and friendly, told me he hoped I was having a good day so far. The food came out fast, he wished me a great rest of my day. The food was really good but the customer service is what stands out for me. I haven't been to a drive thru or fast food in any capacity in YEARS where the employees were that friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. I wish there was one of these in Denver. Management is absolutely doing something right here!!!“

“BEST Subway, by FAR, in Lincolnton !!We have frequented This particular Subway for 20 years and have ALWAYS found it far superior to the other two Subways in town.( we HAVE tried the other two Subways periodically, over the years, as management and service tends to change :) )THIS restaurant always prepares and "rolls" their sandwiches as they are meant to be. They always pay attention to detail/instructions, even when receiving orders from their app or website.Whenever ordering from a delivery service, the orders come from another Subway, 0.8 miles away. THEIR sandwiches are always Very sloppy, sometimes to the point that their Subway wrapper doesn't even cover the sandwich.
