I'm not one for leaving reviews but I had such a good experience that I feel the need. The young lady that waited on me went above and beyond. I think her name was Nik. Everyone is complaining about bad service but this young lady needs a tip(shame on me) and a raise. Thank you
I'm glad McDonald's system was down because I wouldn't have gone to Subway otherwise. As a first time customer, I was pleased to walk into a clean store with 3 employees working behind the counter. Tavion was the lead on duty and was training two new hires simultaneously. He gave clear instructions snd offered time saving tips to each young man with a kind command. They listened to him. I was impressed with the teamwork and particularly Tavion. Well done, y'all. I'll be back.
Tavion did a fantastic job with my sub !! He was super chatty and respectful, all the while being very friendly to me. My sub was made to literal perfection and it felt like it was made with love! Definitely coming back!!
