“Today they were dealing with a power outage and issues with their system and they were very good at communicating that and making sure to get my order as soon as possible and correctly and they did. Fast food is a luxury and they got it way faster than I was expecting with this hassle. Two young gentlemen and a young lady were very helpful for my order. Wish I knew their names.“

“The best burger I’ve had in a really long time. They were so good and the burger tasted hot and fresh. Asked my wife if she wanted another and it was a hell yeah. Took my receipt with our order details on it back to the register and they said they were worried I had a complaint. Couldn’t be farther from the truth!!! Ordered 2 more and was completely sober-that’s how good they were.

These employees need a raise; my god. Every person working during first 2 weeks of May 2026 got it going on tonight.“

“Live in Texas and Whataburger food was always hot the cheese was malted on burger and ready. Plus there service was fast. Here the service is fast, but the food is rushed out and served cold. When they first opened the food was hot. Prices was to high. But, they put added a menu with lower prices. But, the food still comes out cold. It really sad because Whataburger does make great hamburgers and frys.“

“I love Arby's. There Roast Beef sandwich is like heaven. It's just so delicious it will blow your mind. I don't think anyone has better fast food than them. There curly fries or also great. The only thing is it is not cheap. Be prepared to pay for it“

“Food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted exceptional and fresh. The service was subpar. The atmosphere on the other hand was mildly low, the store felt small and cramped the chair and tables were way too close together. There also was a homeless man wondering around the store saying out loud “man, I wish I had a big lunch like that” and the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The exterior of the subway didn’t look very inviting either.

Place could use some updated for sure.

I would return for the food but as far as dining in I’d rather sit in my car.“

“I go to the Bessemer City Bojangles location a lot with my girlfriend and every visit I am satisfied and this may be the best Bojangles around. The staff are on it and I always get very delicious food. Once I asked if I could get dirty rice instead of a biscuit, the cashier said that the biscuit just automatically comes with the meal. Which I was ok with, and they were nice enough to get me a small cup of rice and not even charge me for it.“

“You have an employee by the name of Daiza who is just outstanding. She knows how to treat customers and most of all she knows how to make a pizza. i told her they need to give her a raise and make her a manager. She fixes my sister pizza who has stage 4 cancer, and she's always extremely satisfied. For some reason when she's not there, unfortunately we don't get the same results. My recommendation is to put her in a leadership position.“

“On the snow day, January 26, 2026, I showed up at 8:30 PM craving some cookout. They were one of the few restaurants that were still open! They provided great service and were very kind, they said they were supposed to close 30 minutes ago, but they stayed open just in case a few more people came in. I was so thankful! as always, the food was Perfect.“

“This Gastonia, NC location is the first cookout I've been to where they had fast and efficient service, all of my food came out hot (with the exception of a room temperature chicken quesadilla) and the serving sizes were not small. I guess going in the middle of the lunch rush helped.“

“Had the Ultimate Italian sub. Fantastic! 2nd visit in 2 weeks because the 1st visit was excellent and 2nd visit was just as good. I eat subs from several places and they are all good, but I think this was the best Italian; thick with meat, fresh ingredients, hot toasted soft bread, and it filled me up. Fast friendly service. Exceptionally clean. Air conditioned, spacious, a little background music, and very quiet as it was empty but should be a favorite gathering place just to get a drink/coffee, snack, and conversation with a friend. Witnessed many take out orders while I ate inside, so they are busy. I will be back.“

“I just ordered a BLT and wanted my bacon burnt. Weird, I know. But these amazing employees SENT ME A TEXT PHOTO to make sure it was cooked right!! They took out their own phone, snapped a photo and asked “is this how you want it?” Now if that isn’t above and beyond, I don’t know what is. I stand and applaud those that take a little interest in their job!!! I’m eternally grateful. Small favors and kindnesses make this world a better place and although I don’t know who exactly to thank for this kindness, I am deeply grateful! I will absolutely patronize this store again!!! “Went there for the Happy Gilmore 2 Meal and found out it's not really a meal deal. You just pay $1 extra for the Cup. The Staff was really nice but looked really confused when making the food. Had to tell them twice on everything I wanted on my sub. Overall though the food was good and I'll definitely be back.“

“I am absolutely stunned at how much this location has changed. All of the workers are young and honestly happy to do their job, and u can tell in the taste of the food. Love the vibe and the atmosphere this Taco Bell has. Love dining in especially.“

“Today for breakfast I was given a very last minute task. To take orders for breakfast from Hardee’s. I personally do not do last minute actions but that wasn’t the case. Long story short the staff was kind and helpful understanding. They did recognize me from the past visits. That entire team hustled my order and one guy helped me to my vehicle with my order. In reality I am sick with sinus infection and just their positive energy made me feel better. You guys Rock!“

“Decided to try something different today and found Gordo's. Absolutely delicious food! Everything was super fresh, well seasoned and that home-y taste that is so lovely. All made to order too. The pricing is excelent especially considering the size of everything. Absolutely amazing!“
