“My sisters and I had a great experience at this location. Service was fast, the food was great, and the manager, Anne was on top of things. The young man, Nikee, that took our order was on top of things too. When there were no customers, he consistently found things to do like grabbing a broom to sweep, cleaning counters, and wiping down tables. He never sat still. The manager, Anne was the same way. She was hustling in the back with the staff helping prepare orders. Kudos to them both, and to Whataburger for having an excellent manager and staff member at the Gastonia location!“

“I love Arby's. There Roast Beef sandwich is like heaven. It's just so delicious it will blow your mind. I don't think anyone has better fast food than them. There curly fries or also great. The only thing is it is not cheap. Be prepared to pay for it“

“The best burger I’ve had in a really long time. They were so good and the burger tasted hot and fresh. Asked my wife if she wanted another and it was a hell yeah. Took my receipt with our order details on it back to the register and they said they were worried I had a complaint. Couldn’t be farther from the truth!!! Ordered 2 more and was completely sober-that’s how good they were.

These employees need a raise; my god. Every person working during first 2 weeks of May 2026 got it going on tonight.“

“Food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted exceptional and fresh. The service was subpar. The atmosphere on the other hand was mildly low, the store felt small and cramped the chair and tables were way too close together. There also was a homeless man wondering around the store saying out loud “man, I wish I had a big lunch like that” and the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The exterior of the subway didn’t look very inviting either.

Place could use some updated for sure.

I would return for the food but as far as dining in I’d rather sit in my car.“

“I go to the Bessemer City Bojangles location a lot with my girlfriend and every visit I am satisfied and this may be the best Bojangles around. The staff are on it and I always get very delicious food. Once I asked if I could get dirty rice instead of a biscuit, the cashier said that the biscuit just automatically comes with the meal. Which I was ok with, and they were nice enough to get me a small cup of rice and not even charge me for it.“

“The morning shift ladies are all so incredible. I've stopped by almost every morning for the past few months to get an iced coffee in the drive thru. Without fail, every visit is exceptional. The morning crew are very sweet, quick, and an incredibly friendly group of ladies. I’ll definitely keep coming back, not just for the really good coffee, but for the genuinely warm interactions that always start my mornings on a great note.“

“You have an employee by the name of Daiza who is just outstanding. She knows how to treat customers and most of all she knows how to make a pizza. i told her they need to give her a raise and make her a manager. She fixes my sister pizza who has stage 4 cancer, and she's always extremely satisfied. For some reason when she's not there, unfortunately we don't get the same results. My recommendation is to put her in a leadership position.“

“On the snow day, January 26, 2026, I showed up at 8:30 PM craving some cookout. They were one of the few restaurants that were still open! They provided great service and were very kind, they said they were supposed to close 30 minutes ago, but they stayed open just in case a few more people came in. I was so thankful! as always, the food was Perfect.“

“I did carry out on my visit. Pizza was as good as it gets. Order was ready when I arrived. Almost an "industrial" site, in that it was set up for delivery, not carryout. Staff were very nice. My only advice would be to spend some money on a "store front" for customers who do carryout. Sometimes it is the details that make the experience.“

“Today for breakfast I was given a very last minute task. To take orders for breakfast from Hardee’s. I personally do not do last minute actions but that wasn’t the case. Long story short the staff was kind and helpful understanding. They did recognize me from the past visits. That entire team hustled my order and one guy helped me to my vehicle with my order. In reality I am sick with sinus infection and just their positive energy made me feel better. You guys Rock!“
