“We have eaten here four times and each time it was delicious! I have only ordered the hibachi chicken wrap (I'm a creature of habit) and it was consistently great each time. My husband changes up but has liked everything he has ordered. We like our fries a little crispier than their usual style so we requested them crispy and they gladly did it for us! They have excellent honey mustard.“

“Food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted exceptional and fresh. The service was subpar. The atmosphere on the other hand was mildly low, the store felt small and cramped the chair and tables were way too close together. There also was a homeless man wondering around the store saying out loud “man, I wish I had a big lunch like that” and the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The exterior of the subway didn’t look very inviting either.

Place could use some updated for sure.

“Food is excellent. Ice machine was empty but they got me some ice from the back. Place was clean including the bathroom. Staff is helpful, service very fast. Place always smells like Cinnabon since they sell that as well so it's a pleasure to enter the building. I always get the turkey original and am never disappointed.“

Add in the winning attitude of the crew, and you have a very successful restaurant. when I tried Substation 2 ten years ago, I realized they weren't a copy cat Sub shop. The number 19 with the works, no mustard is the best sandwich on the planet. Chasity Metz is the kindest, most cheerful sandwich maker ever. She can turn my bad day into a great day just by her positive attitude. I am not trying to get coupons or any free food, I just wanted to let you all know, you have a winning team with Chasity as team leader. I want to make sure she we gets the credit she deserves because most young people these days barely do the minimum requirements for the job. She exceeds that by a long shot. “Had the Ultimate Italian sub. Fantastic! 2nd visit in 2 weeks because the 1st visit was excellent and 2nd visit was just as good. I eat subs from several places and they are all good, but I think this was the best Italian; thick with meat, fresh ingredients, hot toasted soft bread, and it filled me up. Fast friendly service. Exceptionally clean. Air conditioned, spacious, a little background music, and very quiet as it was empty but should be a favorite gathering place just to get a drink/coffee, snack, and conversation with a friend. Witnessed many take out orders while I ate inside, so they are busy. I will be back.“

“Went there for the Happy Gilmore 2 Meal and found out it's not really a meal deal. You just pay $1 extra for the Cup. The Staff was really nice but looked really confused when making the food. Had to tell them twice on everything I wanted on my sub. Overall though the food was good and I'll definitely be back.“
