Schlotzsky's Deli offers excellent food with fast and friendly service. The turkey original and turkey club are very good, and the pizza and loaded baked potato soup are also popular. The Cinnabon rolls are awesome, described as life-altering with warm, glazed layers. The place is clean, including the bathroom, and always smells like Cinnabon, making it a pleasure to enter. Prices are the same as other fast food places. Customers report helpful staff and very fast service, with amazing customer service from drive thru attendants. One manager was noted to be rude to employees, but another manager went above and beyond by upgrading a sick delivery driver's order from two soups to adding a drink, salad, and a cinnamon roll with a get well soon note. Overall, the food is well made and not just thrown together, and customers say they will visit again.
