“I’m from NYC & lived 12 years in Atlantic City, NJ.. This is my favorite Pizza joint. I have been coming here at least once a week since they opened their doors. The best authentic Italian food and gives NY pizzerias a run for their money!“

“We travel for work and are always looking for places that are a little off the beaten path and we found this place that is away from the madness of the busy areas. Food was on point and service was great. Was greeted and sat where we wanted. Everything about the visit was top notch. We thanked them as we left and said we definitely will be back.“

“I have been coming here for awhile as I love my server Deb, and Juliet. However, even after coming sometimes every Friday to meet family and friends for a meal out, tonight is the last time. My last 3 visit you can hear the owner yelling at the staff very disrespectful through out the restraunt. Tonight was the worst ever cussing the staff, even in Italian some people do know such foul language. It was to the point that I did not finish my dinner, nor did those dining with me, we wanted our check and to get as far away from there. I will truly miss Deb and Juliet however I can not justify spending my hard earn money for such a terrible experience.“

“Ordered a bunch of Pizza‘s for a work meeting Saturday and the girl that was there was by herself literally doing pizzas, answering the phone , dealing with customers , and had the best attitude super high-level customer service. I was so impressed. I know it’s hard to get staff to come in and work , and maybe someone was on a break or didn’t make it in, but to go in and juggle it all with a super great attitude was incredible.“

“Staff is super slow and unhelpful except one girl- Dashia who was super sweet and trying to rush around making everyone happy. Meanwhile everyone else couldn't be bothered to keep their attention on customers. They just walk around in a daze. Please someone get Dashia some real help! Pizza is always good though!“

“My mother delivers catering for this location, and today I took the risk of asking for a little extra kindness for her today as she is in bed sick like she's never been before. I ordered via doordash, spoke with the manager, and explained her predicament and she knew exactly who I was talking about. Admittedly, I didn't ask for anything specific aside from taking extra care of her order. They went above and beyond by upgrading her order from two soups to adding a drink, salad, and a cinnamon roll, as well as a small note to get well soon. Thank you guys so much, this has not gone unnoticed!“

“I’ve been coming to this Domino’s location in New Hope (Gastonia, NC) for a long time, and overall it continues to meet expectations. The store is still clean as always, and the food quality and taste remain consistently good.

That said, I did have a less pleasant experience this time with a newer staff member at the counter. The customer service felt rude and dismissive, and explanations were not given clearly, which was disappointing compared to the usually friendly service I’ve experienced here.

I also noticed an issue with the order tracking system. When I arrived, the screen showed my order as “ready,” but I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before receiving it. It gave the impression that the status may have been updated early to meet a performance metric rather than reflecting the actual readiness of the order.

Despite these concerns, I’m still giving 5 stars because the location has been reliable overall, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.“

“I did carry out on my visit. Pizza was as good as it gets. Order was ready when I arrived. Almost an "industrial" site, in that it was set up for delivery, not carryout. Staff were very nice. My only advice would be to spend some money on a "store front" for customers who do carryout. Sometimes it is the details that make the experience.“
