“Since I couldn’t review through the app I will do it here. Good was exactly as ordered and hot when delivered to my door. Driver was very respectful of the property and this is not the first time. I’m not sure who is leading the crew but you all made feeding my family a breeze. You guys rock!!!!“

“Wanted to give a shout out to Pizza Hut! Pizza Hut was our go to for fast food pizza until they started having problems
and closed down for awhile. For the first time since they reopened, we order delivery from Pizza Hut. Hard to pass up 2 Large 5 topping or specialty pizzas for $20.

The last time we order from Pizza Hut, they used a third party delivery service, the pizza were not in the bags they usually are to keep them hot and our pizza was lukewarm, not hot when it got to us.

Tonight, they still used the same third party delivery, BUT, the driver had the pizzas in the Pizza Hut bags and they were still hot when we got them!

We got a thin crust Super Supreme and a hand tossed Meat Lovers. Both pizzas were cooked perfect, loaded with toppings and very fresh! We were very surprised at the large positive change compared to the last time we ordered. Of course nobody is perfect and not every order will be perfect, but it was tonight! So here is a huge THANK YOU to Pizza Hut tonight!

“I had a to go order this past Friday evening. Never had their pizza before but was very happy with the outcome. Got the special loaded pizza and they made my son a buffalo Stromboli and it was loaded. The pizza was amazing and they didn’t skimp on the cheese and it was delicious. This may be my new pizza spot. “I ordered from the hungry Howie's in Dallas North Carolina and the food is always good there only had one little problem when you order from there and they're using doordash make sure the door – drivers can read a receipt they went and delivered my food to the wrong place but the manager there at the hungry Howie's Renee was a very good person she got on the phone with them even though they hung up on her and after I called her back she herself brought my order to me so I am thanking her and f and praising hungry Howie's for having her there so at any time if you order anything from anywhere and you're using doordash make sure they can read my ticket had my phone number on it and I ordered from a motel which had my room number on it yet they delivered it to a house instead of finding out if that was me there or calling me this is twice it has happened through doordash so before warned if you ordered through doordash make sure they can read and follow directions“

“We absolutely love Portofino’s Gastonia...We usually eat in their restaurant but I was recently in the Hospital and was wanting their Spaghetti so We opted for take out and they did not disappoint bc it was a huge portion of Spaghetti and stuffed Shells as well as a nice healthy salad..The food was so hot and fresh..Thank you“

“Ordered a bunch of Pizza‘s for a work meeting Saturday and the girl that was there was by herself literally doing pizzas, answering the phone , dealing with customers , and had the best attitude super high-level customer service. I was so impressed. I know it’s hard to get staff to come in and work , and maybe someone was on a break or didn’t make it in, but to go in and juggle it all with a super great attitude was incredible.“

“I've enjoyed Hunt Bros. for over 20 years. The slices are a great after work snack and on a "we just want the whole thing" night, one phone call is all. Our local Marathon ladies make them less than a mile from our house !“

“Marco’s has not disappointed me except for 1 incident & they handled it by sending me a coupon for a free item. It looked like they were short staffed on a Wednesday. I accepted the offer and will continue to purchase whatever but they will have to earn my business from now on because I will check my product before leaving the store.“

The staff is so friendly and every time you go to pick up the pizza in person they open up the pizza box and make you look at it and ask you is this to your liking and I always say oh yes that looks and smells delicious! And if you go frequently they give you this laminated yellow coupon that is good for a really big discount on the next pizza and you bring that coupon back in and they deducted right off your bill.“

“Honestly, this place is great. They are always kind, and prompt. The deliver driver is wonderful as well, super kind and always reads special instructions.The stromboli here is amazing. Definitely the largest I've had in the area, and I've tried just about all the restaurants around.They have a large menu, which coupled with delivery, is amazing. I can't get enough. There is also an ample dining room capable of holding about 34 people, so great for the family.“

“I did carry out on my visit. Pizza was as good as it gets. Order was ready when I arrived. Almost an "industrial" site, in that it was set up for delivery, not carryout. Staff were very nice. “Placed a large order for a work lunch the same day we needed it. No issues, problems or disappointments. We received everything we ordered. All of our pizzas were correct, exactly what we ordered. Quick and friendly service. Not the most convenient location, but accessible nonetheless, with easy in and out. We would definitely use this place again.“

“I’ve been coming to this Domino’s location in New Hope (Gastonia, NC) for a long time, and overall it continues to meet expectations. The store is still clean as always, and the food quality and taste remain consistently good.

That said, I did have a less pleasant experience this time with a newer staff member at the counter. The customer service felt rude and dismissive, and explanations were not given clearly, which was disappointing compared to the usually friendly service I’ve experienced here.

I also noticed an issue with the order tracking system. When I arrived, the screen showed my order as “ready,” but I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before receiving it. It gave the impression that the status may have been updated early to meet a performance metric rather than reflecting the actual readiness of the order.

Despite these concerns, I’m still giving 5 stars because the location has been reliable overall, and I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience going forward.“
