“I'm leaving this review just to give a giant shoutout to Jennifer! I placed an order after a long day at work. I recently moved into my new apartment and entered the address wrong. Jennifer took the time to call me and very nicely ask for the correct address. I also get spotty connection so she was patient as I was running around trying to get a good signal. She was so polite and understanding. After dropping it off she even stayed to make sure she heard me right on the phone. She is an absolute delight who deserves a shoutout. The food is always hot and perfect. I know whenever I order here I'm in good hands!“

“This location sucks. They do not honor thier store hours. They are always closing early due to being short staff or computers being down. Do not order online from this location late night. If you do make sure you call your order in instead of placing it online or they just may be closed when you “

“Download the app!! It’s so worth it. Every once in a while I need to feed the kids but am strapped for cash and this helps tremendously. There’s a lot of turnover in staffing but they all seem pretty well chosen as service has always been pretty chill.“

“Last night, I left a bad review for my order and I was mistaken. I had mentioned that an employee was on the phone and would not help my husband pick up our order. He clarified that to me later, saying that it was another customer who stood in front of the line and would not move out to allow him to pick up his pizza. The employees were all great! The food was great. The order was ready on time. This store has the greatest employees and that’s why I was concerned when Dennis told me the story about the employee on the phone. It was totally out of character for this wonderful crew.“

“We have gone in for a late lunch a couple of times. We ordered a plain cheese pizza the first time and a cheese and pepperoni the 2nd time. We ate at the beautiful bar both times. The pizza was the best we have found in the CLT area. I'm from the city and my wife is from upstate and it's one of the only places we both love the pizza. That's in NY or here. Everyone is very friendly, and the owners are great. I just wished I lived closer. It is definitely our go to for pizza.“

Not only did they respond within the hour, when I got there, they came out multiple times and made me feel like a appreciation customer. This is one of many reasons we drive passed several other pizza places, in rush hour traffic.“

“Fast and friendly service. Ordered online, drove about 8 minutes to pick up, food was hot and ready when I arrived. Ordered a small Caspian (bbq chicken) and it was INCREDIBLE. Thanks mod pizza for helping me out with a yummy lunch!

Parking: You have the option of using the shared parking lot or parallel parking on the cut through street. I chose the cut through because I was picking up and it worked nicely to get in and out fast.“

“This is authentic New York style pizza. It’s the best in Steele Creek. Foldable, perfect sauce and cheese ratio and their toppings are just enough. Also I’m from Philadelphia and their cheese steak is good… not perfect but close enough.

Kid-friendliness: They are always super nice to my son when we go in.“

“Was on shift at the FD a guy suggested to come here. So we did. I ordered the Avocado BLT salad, and it was very good. I highly recommend getting it. Side note the ranch is very, very good! The service was decent and friendly.I will be coming back here for sure.

Wheelchair accessibility: One woman is a caregiver for a man who has cerebral palsy and is confined to an oversized wheelchair. Absolutely no problem guiding him in and out and HE loves you too!!!!!“

“I don't think there is another location on this planet that serves the best, and I do mean the best garden salad ever. All the vegetables, everything with veggies, bacon, cheese, and croutons are all exceptionally crisp and fresh and delicious. Also, their homemade salad dressings are amazing.My husband can't get enough of their blue cheese. I particularly like the honey mustard. They are all good. I will definitely order again and again.“

“The delivery was 40 minutes late but that’s ok cause I could smell the garlic from the road. Soggy on the bottom too crispy on the top … sauce tasted like a whole bottle of calico and whole bag of sugar was in the jar sauce. The breading fell off the chicken… after a few bites… I am breathing garlic in and out of my mouth. Even my dog can’t stand the smell. I took two tums and poured a glass of whiskey. I probably should have brushed my teeth. The half meatball (one meatball on the whole sandwich) didn’t taste like meat …just garlic … my mouth is tingling with all the overpowering garlic. One mozzarella cheese stick per half of sandwich. Let’s rename this the Garlic Garlicy garlic sugar sauce sub. Yum … can’t get my money back but I’ve learned my lesson. I’m not that awful of a cook! “This is a take-out only place, so no atmosphere at all. But the pizza is really good- nice crust, plenty of sauce and cheese and fair prices. I'll go back.

Vegetarian options: Not sure about vegetarian options. But they're on the menu.“

“Ordered some pizza, a bowl, and some cheesy bread last night. I’ve been a Marcos fan since before they expanded from the Midwest. I haven’t ordered in quite some time though. The pizza was just as good as it always was, though, and it seems like not much has changed in the way of quality. I can’t say the same for other delivery pizza chains which have begun to really skimp on toppings and most of the pizza ends up being crust. Never mind other chains which have begun using subpar ingredients altogether. Marcos has maintained its quality without inflating prices beyond reasonability.

The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was that I ordered an additional cup of sauce and paid for it but it wasn’t in my order. Still no big deal as it was less than a dollar.

Definitely will order again.“

“I recently visited Mario’s Pizza, and I was impressed! The atmosphere was inviting and the restaurant was very clean. The staff provided excellent service (Alyssa) making sure our meal was enjoyable from start to finish.

The food was delicious. We tried a veggie pizza topped with a generous amount of fresh vegetables, including olives, green peppers, and red onions. The crust was crisp, and the flavors were well balanced. We also ordered a tortellini dish with broccoli, which was tasty as well as a classic ziti with marinara sauce that was rich and comforting.

Parking was easy to find, and overall, the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving quality pizza and Italian dishes!“

“First time in and it’s nice and clean inside! Girl at the counter was super nice and helpful. They had a special for a free slice of pizza for kids under 12 for August! I got the bbq chicken 10in pie and my husband got the pepperoni calzone (which was huge)! The owner was super nice and treated us to a free order of Milano rolls! They accidentally forgot the pizza slice for our toddler, and they ended up giving him a free 10in instead. I can’t emphasize enough how kind and caring these people were! And the food is really well priced, only $10 each for both the calzone and the 10in pizza! Will definitely be coming again!!“

“Gave them a 5 on service because I called ready to nuke the manager because they forgot to put the Cajun seasoning on my crust, and the guy totally made me feel alright about it, he was completely apologetic and offered me a credit, I told him don't worry about it, he insisted on it. Really nice guy, other than the pizza not having the flavored crust I asked for, the food was great. “I came up from Charleston to enjoy some time with my friend and we decided we wanted pizza at 12:40 on a Saturday night. We ordered online and made it to the store at 12:57am thinking our pizza was not to be. Josephine made it happen.

Josephine was the manager and she was great. Our pizzas were ready and when there was an issue with the card reader, she worked hard to figure it out rather than have us wait late and spend a long time in the store

Josephine was kind, professional, and courteous. She was efficient and exhibited exemplary customer service skills. Dominos in Belmont has a good reputation and Josephine’s leadership is clearly why this franchise has the reputation it does. She is the epitome of a customer oriented manager and is the main reason I’ll be back again when I’m in town.“

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. “Service used to be good. Then i didn't go nc the high outta her mind bartender forgot me and my black friend all night. Food was brick cold. I left on the receipt 0.00 and said you need to do better and put your customers first even if you drink or high...... since everytime i go i never get serviced. I just don't go anymore“

“I am from out of town and a pizza girl. I try at least one pizza place when I vacation. This time it was MOD pizza. I love its set up buffet style to choose how you want it. Was decently quick. I wish we had one of these in Michigan! It was delicious, made to order from dough to pizza, even traveled well. I was about 15 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.“
