“There were so many places to eat in the food court in Carolina Mall. But my son insisted on eating at Sbarro. I'm glad we did!!! The store manager Auria was really courteous and professional. I've been in customer service and sales for 30+ years. I know good service when I see it and Auria did an amazing job!! I was really impressed. Hopefully, this "good" review will get to corporate. “When you travel, you have to get pizza right??? Searching the Charlotte area near my hotel, I came across the most enticing photos of pizzas loaded with toppings.... To. The. Edge! I had to give them a shot. A short drive over (would have been even shorter but I ordered when schools were getting out for the day). They are located in a shopping Plaza with plenty of parking. Very spacious inside with lots of seating. I was immediately greeted by someone tending to the front area and happily greeted again at the pickup area. I ordered a small meat lovers, the single meatball, the creamy parmesan (because I saw the raving reviews), and some additional hot marinara. Pizza was hot and fresh and looked oh so good. The crispy pepperoni cups, the ham, bacon, sausage...my mouth was watering and I could not wait to taste this. Finally time to eat, I could taste everything!!! The sauce was just the right amount to allow the flavors of the meat and cheese to shine through. The meatball was huge and delicious! The parmesan- get extra. You will need some for your next order of wings. I sent pictures to my family and Mom requested a pizza too. So I will be back so she can experience her own! These leftovers are going to be the best. I just know it!“

“My wife and I took our daughter there this past Wednesday. They split a Dolce Salato flatbread pizza and I had bucatini amatriciana and for dessert pistachio semifreddo. Oh it was delizioso, and an excellent choice! We will return there!! Our waitress Alina took great care of us!!!“
