There is others reporting this store as having dirty windows(this location don't have windows) another review is talking about a drive thru (this location does not have a drive thru, its inside the mall) so before commenting horrible reviews on this location make sure its the right location.“

“I had a wonderful experience last week at my local Chex. My wife had ordered a family meal but changed her mind at the last minute and placed a wings (only) order with fries. I did not know this when I went in to pick the food up. I told them that I was expecting to get a family meal. But, instead of charging me extra for the fries and lemonade, the cashier gave them to me at no extra charge. I told her she did not have to do that, but she said since I was a regular customer, it was no problem. So guess where I will continue to go for wings in the future! 👍🏾 You just can't put a price on awesome customer service ♥️“

“We've been to VooDoo Wings at least a dozen times in the last year and they never fail. They always get your order right (which is harder than it looks around here) and they always provide great service for both take out and dine in. All their sauces are great and very juicy. I will always be down to get VooDoo wings.

The one and only feedback/complaint is that their sidewinder fries aren't great. I'd prefer classic crinkle cut with my wings but maybe that's just a personal preference.“

“We had an awesome experience at Chex Grill & Wings after visiting Beat The Bomb for my daughter’s birthday celebration! I had a group of five 10-year-olds (plus a few others), and the staff was incredibly patient as the kids figured out what they wanted to order. They even let us sample the chicken wings before choosing—huge win! The wings were delicious—especially the Strawberry Hot flavor, which is now officially my favorite! While we were enjoying our food, a man came in and sat down nearby—we thought he was just another customer, but it turns out he was the owner! He was so kind and invited my daughter (the birthday girl) and her friend to take on the 60-second wing challenge for a chance to win $50. My daughter won, and when the owner asked if she wanted to give her $50 to her friend, she said yes—and then he surprised her by giving her $100! Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the staff sang Happy Birthday to my daughter and brought her a slice of cake. 🥹❤️ The avocado side salad was also super fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Highly recommend—this place made our celebration so special!“
