“Tried Chex Grill in Indian Trail today and let me just say… the food was SLAPPIN 😮‍🔥 But the real star? Rashad. Absolute top-tier human. There was a tiny “delay” with my jerk chicken sub because they were literally making the sauce fresh (which honestly just tells me everything I need to know). I wasn’t even bothered, but Rashad went out of his way to make sure I had food at the same time as my family and surprised me with a chicken, mushroom, and cheese sub (no clue the official name but BABYYYYY… it was BUSSIN). The kindness, the thoughtfulness, the vibes were unmatched. Food was amazing, service was superb, and it’s rare to see someone care that much these days. We’ll 100% be back. Rashad, you’re doing it right 👏🏽❤️“

Ivory is just as wonderful. The moment we sit down, she already knows exactly what we want and need. That level of service makes you feel like family.

Honestly, every server here goes above and beyond to make us feel special and appreciated. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it’s exactly why we keep coming back again and again.

“I had to give a shoutout to this Wingstop location! I’ll be honest—I usually avoid Wingstop because, even when you order ahead, it tends to be chaotic and the food isn’t ready on time.

But today I took a chance and did an online order. It completely changed my perspective.

This location was very clean and well-kept, which immediately stood out. The young lady at the front with the burgundy braids was incredibly pleasant and kind. She greeted me, had my name ready, quickly grabbed my order, and I was in and out in no time—something I’ve never experienced at Wingstop before.

They truly restored my faith in Wingstop, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Great service, great experience!“

“I ordered the BOGO Special for 20 wings on UberEats this weekend. Before I realized where this place was a driver had already grabbed the order and was waiting to pick it up. I live in Midland, NC about 30 mins away! So, I did a custom tip for $20, for driver having to come so far. Driver delivered on time and wings, fries, and celery & carrots were very good. It's the cost you pay for not going out yourself to get what you want, and I don't mind at all. Great Job Wingdom Wings and UberEats!“

“Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). You don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this location.“

“I had a really great experience at this KFC location. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I also ordered mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, biscuits, and everything was delicious and made fresh. You can tell the kitchen staff cares about food quality here.
The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The employees were friendly, patient, and made the ordering process easy. My order was accurate and came out quickly even during a busy time. The dining area was clean, organized, and comfortable for families.
