“Did mobile thru and just made it home to realize they forgot my chicken sandwich. So 2 people in our family get dinner tonight instead of 3. Had to wait awhile for the food we did receive in the mobile line. Very disappointed in the service I received today.“

“I saw an article where Biscuitville was rated as one of the best breakfast places in the US. We don’t have one close to our house so this was the first opportunity to go to one. I had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with hashbrowns. Mom had the biscuits with sausage gravy. I am from the south so I know southern food well.
The biscuits are darn near perfect, and the sausage gravy was spot on. I had a great experience and would highly recommend!!!

“They have good services and a good variety of food selections. It's a good break from the regular fast food options. Their shrimp ?, and deluxe cheeseburgers ? with bacon ? added are delicious. I always get extra lettuce, tomatoes & mayo. They have an old-fashioned thick cold custard ice cream ? which is delicious.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals.“

“Today we visited Mod after soccer camp. We ordered 2 mod sized pizzas and the pizzas were amazing. But more so, the customer service was exceptional. There was a young man and women at the serving counter and they were so personable and friendly. They were smiling and making conversation really elevated our experience. Update: just found out our servers name was Caleb, keep up the great work! ?“

“It was quiet during the time of day that I visited. As I walked in, the young man stepped up to take my order as I walked up. Very polite, asked me my name for the order, and then possessed my payment.Shortly there after, my order was ready, and I was on my way. Very clean seating area, and the store was welcoming.“

“Had a new driver forget to grab our drink on the way out the door, the GM personally brought it to our house as soon as I let them know (literally within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone he was on our doorstep and we live on the opposite side of 74). You don’t see service like that anymore. Highly recommend this location.“

I don’t really ever think to leave reviews for McDonalds since my experiences are usually about the same (either neutral or lowkey bad), but I want to thank the team that worked tonight for going above and beyond. Didn’t catch the name of the gentleman at the drive thru window but he was attentive and I always really appreciate when the order is repeated back, it shows how much they care to get it correct. Everyone I interacted with was sweet and the food was HOT. Like, HOT hot. Thank you guys for taking good care of my order tonight. :)“
