“The food is good though once they wrap the burger in foil the bun gets mushy fast. Fries are great. The employee attitudes at this store are consistently refreshing - if you're not happy with something they offer to fix it or replace it without prompting. That level of customer care is worthy of patronage, and we keep coming back.“

“I attended with my 2 small children on cow appreciation day so the store was very busy, my special-needs 5 year-old was having trouble waiting in the line and the manager (named Cam) came out and gave us free brownies, saying “chocolate always helps.” I was very touched instead of looking at my screaming and crying child and feeling annoyed, he felt compassion. “Here’s my feedback regarding an exceptional experience I had at your McDonald's location.

Despite visiting during rush hour, which coincided with heavy traffic from the nearby Carowinds theme park closing due to bad weather, the service was flawless from start to finish. I placed a complex online mobile order with multiple customizations to fit a low-carb diet, including requests for no sauce. The team handled everything perfectly, even thoughtfully providing a platter and utensils without me having to ask.

This is hands down the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Please pass along my compliments to the staff for doing an amazing job. Keep up the great work!“

“My husband and I go to this particular store very much. We've found that the service we get there is exceptional. We moved to this area a little over a year ago and we've probably been there well over 300 times. My husband likes to stop by on his way to work and get his lunch there. We are very pleased with the cleanliness, the fresh and delicious food and the customer service is on point. It's not often that the manager comes out to ask how you're doing and thanks us for coming to Bojangles. He makes sure to ask if there's anything else they can do for us. We're not use to a manager going that extra mile for the customers. We appreciate that. My husband now comes home and tells me that Peter Kostarelos, the manager there, is always smiling and he leaves there smiling as well. In today's time with money and the quality of product, it's a blessing to have a place where we can dine and be completely satisfied in every aspect.“

“We stopped into Jersey Mike’s in Fort Mill for lunch on a Friday afternoon, and the experience was exactly what you hope for from this chain — and then some. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The team was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I wish that I had noted the names, especially from the one managing the register, so that I could call them out here.

Our sandwiches were well‑made, fresh, and delicious, exactly the level of quality you expect from Jersey Mike’s when everything is done right. The ingredients were crisp, the bread was perfect, and everything was assembled with care.

I had never been to a Panda Express before and was a little disappointed that the menu was limited so many of my favorite Chinese American dishes were not available. The server who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. The food was tasty and the portions seemed fair for the price.“

Swish is incredibly polite absolutely respectful and one of the funniest and best experiences we've had at Subway. He is never a dull moment no matter how tired he is. Jaymes as well is a great worker for this company as well for the location.
