As a a first-time visitor, they took the time to guide me through the menu, offered lots of helpful recommendations and generous samples. The genuine enthusiasm Julie has for their business adds an extra layer of joy to the overall experience. and Carter is pretty cool too! :) Kid-friendliness: They have Beanie Babies on display and kid sized servings are awesome! The bright colors make a great kid-friendly atmosphere.“

They also have some awesome weekday specials, such as $5 draft beers all day on Thursdays, and the ice cream window is fantastic for dessert on the way out. “OMG this place is an absolute treat! We went 7 days in a row after trying it. I can only day great things about Pelicans and the atmosphere. There are fun games and relaxing places to sit outside. The Lady that manages it is a Gem and she always makes us feel welcome and remembered. I will always support this place as long as I live in Fort Mill SC. My favorite is the Mojito with Whip while my daughter loves the Unicorn with Whip and Fairy Dust! Magical!“

“Truly a great place with my new favorite ice cream flavor, Cinnamon! Ryan at the register was so kind and friendly! The staff puts out orders in an instant, and this place has a wonderful small-town feel.It’s outside and drive thru only with only two benches for seating, so be ready to stand outside to wait for your cone!There are so many great flavors to choose from, and they even offer a pup cup for the doggos! We’ll be back!“
“The cookies are overall good and the service was nice when the cookies were handed to me. However, I was not greeted when entering, ordered from a tablet, and was asked to tip. The cookies seem overpriced for the size. I would've liked the option to buy the large cookies, but half of them were sold out at 8:00, and they didn't close until midnight. It was strange. I heard good things about Crumbl and was looking forward to trying them, but I was underwhelmed. I suppose if you don't mind overpaying for cookies, especially the small ones, they're great.“
“While I know first hand how harmful bad reviews can be so I'm still giving a 5 star. But the young man working tonight needs to be worked with on his customer service skills. My wife and girl's received OUTSTANDING customer service from the girls and while they were working on making their orders this young man rushes back in from what looked like a break to take my order. From the minute he asked what I wanted he seemed to be discussed about being at work. Not only did he make my order wrong he made it in the smaller size. So disappointing that 1 person can give such a bqd experience. Someone needs to do better!“
“This was my first time at one of these franchises. The place was very clean, which showed pride in their establishment. The employees were very courteous and friendly. Now, to the food, I had a hamburger, which was tasty, and my buddy had the tenders. Now, those tenders do need a little bit more work. They were very generic, like you could buy from the frozen section at any food store. Overall, nice establishment.“
“I went used the drive thru service here and it was very good. The lady turned our shakes upside down and I learned from Google that they do this to show how thick they are. I am from NC and have been visiting dairy Queen often and this is the first time anyone ever did this and I loved the experience!! The blizzards were delicious and service was worth it.“
“Don’t let a day go by without a quart of their frozen custard. I rarely due reviews but the quality, flavour and variety of their homemade custard is beyond words. Their Penguin Tracks are the best with every other one a close second. Thank you for being the best treat to enjoy every day!!“
