“I truly enjoyed my experience in the shop but it was mostly because of Isaac, the employee helping me. As soon as I walked in he had the BEST customer service i’ve had in a while. He was so kind, patient and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. He had great energy about him that made me want to stay even longer. A friend I was on the phone with wanted to come visit when she overheard how amazing he was. The freshness of their products and the variety of good flavors made this spot something worth telling about.... They craft 2 delicasees originally from Colombia that any one regardless they're nationality should try

1. Obleas: that is my personal favorite, imagine 2 very thin sugar sheets kinda like a very thin waffle with cream, dulce de leche and some other additions in between the 2 sheets that make you feel and explosion of flavors

2. Fruit Salad: sounds weird at the beginning however the mix of fresh fruits, with ice cream, cream and cheese makes this a worth trying dessert.

It's one of the few fast food restaurants that's run by competent management. Seriously, every other fast food restaurant in this area (Huntersville, NC) has terrible service after 6:00 PM. Out of chocolate Frosties, cookies and Sprite at Wendy's, for example.

Then proceeded to tell me I ordered seven cupcakes when I looked at the receipt there was five cupcakes and one extra adding up to six total cupcakes. She argued with me about the amount of cupcakes I ordered.“
