“Had the best time ever. We indulged on the brownie/milkshake/cotton candy concoction and then chilled outside with Hookah. By the far the best place in Charlotte I have been to that offers hookah, sweet treats, and drinks. The service was PHENOMENAL nothing was left to be desired. “I am leaving this review for management. The woman working today, Tuesday afternoon, March 26 was exceptional. She was helpful, friendly, and was working the entire time. There were lots of people in at the same time. In the 10 minutes I Sat there she did about 10 different things. I thought that she might be an owner because she really seemed to care about every detail and never stopped cleaning up, sweeping, etc. etc. I rarely see people in food service work like that anymore. While the two existing dairy-free flavors are tasty, having more options, like a classic strawberry or vanilla, would be fantastic!“

“Loved the location, however staff member was bit lost. My son added roasted peanuts which were old and didn't taste great. When I tried to tell employee he kept offering fresh ones in small cup but wouldn't connect the dot what would I do with yogurt that already has bad peanuts ?. Then he agreed to throw that away and make a new one. Overall was happy with the location and would definitely revisit.“
