“No one in Charlotte does it better than The Batch House! We had them create our wedding desserts, and they completely exceeded every expectation. From the cake to the OCPs, s’mores brownies, pop tarts, and banana pudding cookies - every single item was incredible. Our guests could not stop talking about them all night long. When I say people raved, I truly mean it!

The desserts were not only delicious but such a memorable part of our wedding day. Cris and her team are beyond talented, professional, and so wonderful to work with. They truly helped make our day feel extra special, and we are so grateful. Highly, highly recommend The Batch House for any event and every week day or weekend TREAT!!!“

“I live in Canada and normally for my friend's birthday I try to mail her a package of treats and other birthday goodies. This year, due to tariffs, I wasn't able to do so. I looked up local cake/cupcake shops that did delivery and discovered Kupkake Kouture and I am so thankful I did.

Kupkake Kouture went above and beyond. Not only did they make an amazing D'ssert Gift Box that fit the occasion and was carefully thought out, fresh and delicious (according to the friend who LOVES it) but I have to shout out to the care and thought that went beyond simply the creating of the D'ssert Box.

I ordered delivery through UPS because after CAD exchange rate, it was the more economical option for myself. However, friend and I both believe the delivery came personally from someone at the shop as she even took the time to wish my friend a happy birthday at the door. Not only did you bring a gift to a friend but you brought birthday wishes across countries.

“The chocolate cake may be the best thing I've ever eaten. If it fell on the floor after I bought it, I'd eat it Chandler and Rachel style off the floor. The macarons are very fluffy and delicious too. I was not a fan of the smores bar though. It was too hard and heavy.“
