I have a son who is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts, and we’ve always been looking for a store where we could get a cake for his birthday, or for any of our birthdays, really. And for the first time, we went to this shop, and it was amazing. My son ate his cake, and we had no issues with cross-contamination or anything like that. Will not spend my hard earned money in any establishment that’s supports racism !!!!!! 😡😡 shame on you
While their cakes are good and the bakery by us is good and their staff nice, their customer service is sub par. Why have a reward program when they argue back and forth about getting rewards for a cake bought. A week later still no reward points, provided order number, screen shot of order, proved I was logged into account, proved that it wasnt a third party order and now asked for a photo of the receipt which I provided.
