Delicious and quick food at a good price, my main complaint though is the bearded guy at the cash register is always so unpleasant and unfriendly. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but he doesn't even say hello or thank you or look at you when you're ordering, and sounds hostile the whole time. The rest of the staff is so nice and friendly, so I have no idea why they put him of all people at the cash register.“

I also loved the Mango but honestly all the flavors I tried were delicious also. I feel great and hydrated plus the taste is incredible. We had great service from our server Noah, who was very quick to take our drink order and provided attentive service for our entire dinner. We both ordered a Chimichangas (my wife had the chicken and I had the beef). Both were delicious, well seasoned and served hot. (fwiw) noted the staff were sweeping and cleaning the restaurant tables quickly, after a table turned.“

“On Friday 8/23, we came to The Crunkleton on a recommendation for my daughter’s birthday and we were NOT disappointed! From the moment we walked in the atmosphere and the staff were wonderful! We had Cole as our server and regardless of how busy it was that night, he made us feel like we were his only priority. He was very knowledgeable about your massive spirit selections and I mean massive! The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. We got the Really Good Burger and let me tell you, we said medium and it was on point! It was very well seasoned which is rare when you go out to restaurants. Then to top off the night, my daughter got the beignets with the cold brew icing, WOW! I am a sweets person and these with that icing just WOW! Cole even put a candle on the rim of the dish because it was her birthday! So, you have our business any time we are in Charlotte! I just can’t say enough about our experience!!! You have a great place, amazing food, a wonderful spirits collection, and definitely not last or least a fantastic server in Cole!! “We held my daughter’s celebratory graduation dinner from UNCC at Barcelona Wine Bar this past weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! I planned the event far in advance with Tiana, their Sales & Events Manager, and she was thorough, communicative and handled it all like a pro, including a last minute change to the menu that she texted to me (smart). She arranged for printed menus with the event name (lovely detail!) and because they can’t include mussels, her favorite, on an event menu (understandable), they surprised us and sent her some anyway on the house. Our main server (I’m blanking on her name so sorry we love you so much!!) and our bar servers, Morgan and Justin (who we kept busy 🤣), should win personality of the year awards for their wit, humor, charm and skill (for instance, Morgan wowed us with his tapas plate stacking ability and made sure to holler in my Mama’s good ear when he spoke 🤣). It was great fun, and the food was DELISH!! Highly recommend for events and also looks like a fun place to just hang out!“
