“The staff is friendly and gave great recommendations. I would definitely recommend the parmesan alfredo with meatballs. The spinach and meatball pockets were also very tasty. Pasta was cooked well and seasoned. Love the touch of fresh parmesan added to each dish. Lots of vegetarian options as each item is customizable. Love the loads of fresh and clean ingredients that they offer. My only criticism is regarding their marinara sauce. For me, it was very acidic and harsh on the palate. I had it with meatballs and while the meatballs were wonderful and flavored great, it did not cut the acidity of the sauce. This aside, we are looking forward to trying the other items on the menu.“

“The closest to authentic neopolitan pizza your gonna get in south charlotte. Friendly and efficient staff is always a plus. We always enjoy a Margherita with sausage and occasionally try the seasonal specilas. Fresh garlic and other condiments are available to enhance the included side of marinara. Pizza could go lighter on the salt would be my only input. Arugula salad and homemade dressing is awesome. Gelato is not overly sweet and had great texture, wish they brought vanilla back. Look out for the daily specials on beer, wine, or Gelato during the week.“

“We needed a Gluten Free option and the usuals are getting old! The Steak sandwich on a GF bun was delicious! It fit the bill perfectly for what we were seeking. The Parmesan potato’s pancake was cooked to perfection. The only adjustments I would make was (when the steak was after the server asked and the steak was ordered medium, that it should have at least some pink), but it was tender and flavorful. The multi-server thing got confusing. One person took drink order, another delivered (1 was incorrect), another ran the food and we were not told of the multi-layered service). Everyone was nice, it was just a little confusing and no one ever asked about drink refills and when the coffee cup was empty there was no one around for a long time. But… we still like the food, prices, atmosphere, options, and consistency.“

“Great place to go for the best chopped salad. All ingredients are fresh. Wide selection of salads and ability to add additional items if wanted. Very clean. Pleasant staff. A must go place for salads. User friendly app to order and pay ahead. Great location in Blakeney Shopping Center. Definitely a place to return again and again as I do. My favorite is the California Steakhouse salad and I do the add ins for a Southwest twist.“

“Celiac? Gluten sensitivity? This is your place. Living with Celiac or having a gluten intolerance is frustrating by itself. It becomes much more frustrating when you go to a restaurant and you tell the server your issue, and they look at you like you're an alien from another planet… or worse… get frustrated with you. I've lost count of how many places I've had to walk out of because I knew just from speaking to them that it wasn't safe for me to eat there. That doesn't happen here. Not only do they have plenty of gluten-free options (which are well labeled on the menu)... But the staff also seem to be well trained on how to handle the questions that we may have. I had a server specifically ask me one time after I ordered a gluten-free bun if I was Celiac…that has never happened before…anywhere. (I've been here enough now that they pretty much all know without me having to even say it anymore, but that's beside the point.) The staff and owners have always been extremely friendly whenever we are there. The atmosphere is great, the food is great, and it's just an overall great experience for us every time we go. It means a tremendous amount to be able to sit down at a table and not really worry about how I'm going to feel 30 minutes after I leave because someone in the kitchen or the server themselves doesn't understand how to handle my food after I tell them my issue. It SHOULD be this easy everywhere, but those of us that deal with it everyday know that it's not. If you're looking for a place that serves great food, with staff that understands what it means to be careful with cross-contamination and what you're served, this is your place. Communicate with them clearly, and you will not be disappointed.🤘“

Loved the sandwich I got and there are so many options on the menu I look forward to trying. One critique would be no prices listed on the menu—this was incredibly weird. I had looked at prices online prior to visiting and my sandwich cost more than it was listed online. I still enjoyed the food but no prices listed? Seems shady and will turn a lot of folks off. Since there is a sign board in shop there’s really no excuses for this since changing prices could easily be modified without re-printing menus.“

The promo was buy two pies, get one classic pie for free. The hostess was pleasant - greeting us as soon as we opened the door. Emily, our waitress, was extremely personable, sweet, and gave great suggestions. I think she went the extra mile to make sure that we had a really good experience – and even though it was a quiet night, we still felt as if she gave us personalized service. There was never a moment where we had to wait for our water to be topped off, or anything. She was truly on top of it!! The kitchen did make a slight mistake with our order, really unknowingly to us, but they were quick to fix it – then allowed us to take the extra pizza home. So actually instead of leaving with three pizzas, we left with four! Such a steal. The music playlist was perfect and such a vibe. It was a quiet night, probably because of the storm, but I'm sure on some nights - it can get a bit lively. The drink menu seemed good - but we didn't indulge this time. “We enjoy going later in the evening for food, beer and wine, and usually sit at the bar when seats are available. The bartenders are great. Jennifer is usually there when we go, she is so friendly, fun and efficient and is a great help when you are undecided on your drink. The beer and wine specials are good and we usually go for the salads and pizzas , both of which are really good. It's a nice atmosphere and the employees are very friendly.“
