“We went on Friday morning around 10. It was packed and people waiting in line. We only had to wait about 15 minutes. I figured service would be slow since every table was full. I was pleasantly surprised that the service was exceptional. The food was also exceptional. We had omelettes with home fries. The home fries were out of this world. Best place for breakfast I've ever been to. We are going back next week.“

“Despite Good Food, We Won’t Be Back A dozen adult family members from across the Charlotte and Concord areas gathered at The Mill to celebrate two family birthdays. We all ordered food and drinks from the vendors, and the experience started off well. In place of birthday cake, the two birthday girls had requested homemade lemon bars. We placed them on the table alongside the food and beverages we purchased from the vendors. While we were still enjoying our meal, a representative from The Mill approached our table and informed us that “outside food” was not allowed and we had to either remove the dish or leave. We understand and respect general policies regarding outside food, but this situation called for some discretion and basic courtesy. The lemon bars were clearly not a competing item—they were a personal, celebratory gesture. The birthday girls were disappointed, and the family member who made the lemon bars was embarrassed and hurt. Passing out Lemon Bars in 100° heat in the parking lot is just not the same. This action came across as inflexible, uninformed, and inconsiderate. It reflected very poorly on the management. Although our food and service was great, none of us plan to return. When I emailed Gibson mail detailing this story, I received the following reply: Dear Barbara, Thank you for your message. We will give this matter the consideration it deserves. Bubba exercised far more discipline of which I am capable and took half of his home. The facility was clean, and the staff was personable and professional.“

I tried many Asian restaurant but they don’t test like at home until I came here. My family is so happy that we found this place. My son loves sushi and kids fried rice. “Service with Fee was amazing. He was very attentive and friendly. Food came quickly , however portions were kind of small for the price but the taste was good. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. No one greeted us when we walked in. After about 2 minutes we were asked “how many” then asked “do you mind sitting at the bar?” I was in disbelief she had asked that considering we had children with us. I would be open to trying this location again since it’s been a while since I’ve been to a Ruby Tuesdays only because of the great service we received from Fee.“

“Just left after having my birthday dinner there. Yup, that’s my top choice around. Where else can you find gluten free General Tso’s chicken and it is amazing! Lots of gluten free options/ healthier options and ingredients. As a 15 year fitness professional I appreciate that! Best part though was when we got the hostess to come over and have some of my birthday cake we brought though! Was slightly a trip that she was clearly Italian as well. Kind of felt like back home in NY for a minute there, haha! They are always unsurprisingly busy, yet I’ve never had to wait a long time. Best Asian food in the area. Hands down!“

When I drank it, I took TWO SIPS! Mind you the drink was still completely full over full honestly. I told her I didn’t like the purchase and she could replace the drink even though I would’ve honestly liked my money back. She said they don’t do refunds. I said thank you and asked could she then replace the drink because as we both could see it was HARDLY drank from. She again said no, and I literally just left the drink with her because I had every intention of throwing it into the garbage so there was no point in keeping it. Moving forward I won’t be returning, the customer service was terrible. My mom and I frequent there and she couldn’t easily gave me better customer service. 0/0 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if you’re looking for something good and tasty“

“I love, love this place. I live far and only go there for lunch on any given week day. I get a lunch special which for me is half a pizza, a side salad and a drink. The staff is friendly, and polite and service is fast. Very clean location. Give them a try.“
